I did film this, and editted the LEVEL 2 DVD (I also did the first one too). I was working for Street Commodores at the time and I was actually told NOT to film non-commodores but I couldn't resist filming this. Imagine if I hadn't? No-one would have seen this awesome footage. I also filmed his burnout from the same event which also awesome footage.
Yeah, you can still buy them but the Holden kit were made by S&M Blown world who I'm pretty sure don't do them anymore. The STR8AZ feature was on the first SC DVD.
I see you've got some of the early SC (cover CD) stuff posted up, I filmed all that. I forgot about the STR8AZ footage from Supernats, it was good to see again. By the way, I've got no problem with you having it up on UA-cam. I just thought people might want to see it at a little better quality and without the text from the DVD. :)
Always a fantastic display watching this guy and his awesome ride. Im a yank as you call it, but I love this car even if it is right hand drive. Who cares anyhow.
@21Wook75 Pretty sure it's a blown 540 cube big block, makes just over 1000hp at the tyres, but not sure of weight. It's not exactly light because it's got a full interior and everything.
I have a poster on my wall from Street Machine with this car and drool every time I look at it... I almost cried when I saw it heading towards the wall. SO glad he didn't lose it.
lol look at the guy across the fence at :21 seconds pointing down the track. hes prabably thinking " get that loud ass thing out of my sight" very bad ass car man!
Yep, got stolen after Brendyn took it to ECR with the 6/71 on it. The crooks followed him home and stole the car and the truck it was on. The truck was found but the car has never been recovered. I loved that little B&M set-up, I had one myself on a Silver charger. There's a vid of the charger in my selection.
@kd5icr1967 If a car is older than 30 years old it doesn't have to be converted to RHD, but this car was an early import (or possibly an australian delivered car) so it's been converted since at least the early 70's.
ive been following this car since 2003- from memory my bad if im wrong, but a long love anyway and still, i cant get enough of watching mentle go fucking mental!
I remember that i was their with my son who was only 3 or 4yrs old? That car was the best sounding car and a full on beast what ever happened to it and the owner they used to be at all the car shows or burnouts, drags? Also does Leroy Reece still do the burnout scene in his sik blown n injected big block statesman?Ive been away from the whole car thing now for 3-4years so yea its all new dudes coming up now?And wow their is some mad drivers doing skids at the moment its great to see its still very popular with the fans and anyone in the crowd really.Im loving that car called BRUTAL its mad also KRANKY,,,SKIDMA,,,Those dudes are some mad cats with beast cars good on em.Cheers.
Actaully they weren't sold RHD in Australia this car was converted. These days though you don't need to convert them if the car is over 30years old but Milan (the owner) has had this particular car many years so it converted it a long time ago.
You can tell how much raw power and torque a car ahs by how quickly you can see substantial smoke in the first stages of a burnout. this car...what a freak lol
@blownhemi ,maybe i am missing something here, but a 454 cannot go to 540 as a 454 was never offered in a 10.2" tall deck. a 540 requires a 502 9.8" deck block to get to a 4.6" bore. a 4.25" crankshaft with 4.6" makes a 540. stick a 4.25" crank in a 454 bored .30 over and you get a 496, the highest i have seen a 454 is 505 and that is pushing it at or over .40 thousandths, you cannot go anymore without gambling the water jackets on a blown motor.
no matter how many times i watch this it never gets old : )
I am here 15 years later and still remember the key term to find this video! This car lives in my head and refreshes itself ever couple of years
Same here!!!

most badass thing ive seen all day. the sound of the SC was sick. hondas cant do that !!!
Holy shit that thing is quick. Love the sound of the blower

I remember when I was a kid, having a poster of this car on my wall! So glad to see it wasn't crashed
a rlly powerful car with an epic engine makes me relax with that sound
its amazing how they can make so much power and still be pretty small
That thing sounds amazing!!!!....what exactly is under the hood?
Yeah, you can still buy them but the Holden kit were made by S&M Blown world who I'm pretty sure don't do them anymore. The STR8AZ feature was on the first SC DVD.
This guy does burnouts like I would except he has the car to do them with. I saw the first one too. I must have more. *subscribing*

That car is sick, that must be fun as hell to drive let alone own.
I have a poster on my wall from Street Machine with this car and drool every time I look at it... I almost cried when I saw it heading towards the wall. SO glad he didn't lose it.
that was LCUKY! ... fucking sounds nuts tho, love that whine!
Do all cars that come form the us have to be changed to right hand drive? or is there a year cut off?
Beautiful!!! HELL YEAH!!!!!!!! That was pure, raw, unadulterated power; rock the hell on!! "American muscle" all the way!

What kind of supercharger is that? The sound is so nice
@blownhemi the steering wheel is on the right side. is there a reason for that? i mean, is this in the USA or Canada
@kd5icr1967 If a car is older than 30 years old it doesn't have to be converted to RHD, but this car was an early import (or possibly an australian delivered car) so it's been converted since at least the early 70's.
Coming from a DIEHARD mustang fan....This thing is a monster!! Gunna have to add this to my favorites! ;)
that supercharger wine just runs through your body
@jlass7
A bit of both, this car runs nines on the quarter but mostly does awesome burnouts.
ive been following this car since 2003- from memory my bad if im wrong, but a long love anyway and still, i cant get enough of watching mentle go fucking mental!
@21Wook75
kilograms? cubic inch? mile? where did you get the weight system from? Camaro built in other land than USA?
@inmaliceswake It was either 03 or 04, a fair while ago, it was Milan's first outing with th blown big block combo.
nice save and great cover for throwin her sideways haha. beautiful.
omg...sick!! look at the motor twist lol, nice save too.
are there any more vids of this particular car?? i love the sound en the power of this car!
I remember that i was their with my son who was only 3 or 4yrs old? That car was the best sounding car and a full on beast what ever happened to it and the owner they used to be at all the car shows or burnouts, drags? Also does Leroy Reece still do the burnout scene in his sik blown n injected big block statesman?Ive been away from the whole car thing now for 3-4years so yea its all new dudes coming up now?And wow their is some mad drivers doing skids at the moment its great to see its still very popular with the fans and anyone in the crowd really.Im loving that car called BRUTAL its mad also KRANKY,,,SKIDMA,,,Those dudes are some mad cats with beast cars good on em.Cheers.
in my life.. (im now 47)... no other car has made me say "holy fuck!"... more than that Camaro does... Awesome video!!!!
Before he starts the donut does the guy in the background point to tell him to keep moving?
OMG. This is sick... Love this car and the awsome power its got.
That, my good man, is the sound of a lot of horsepower.
Actaully they weren't sold RHD in Australia this car was converted. These days though you don't need to convert them if the car is over 30years old but Milan (the owner) has had this particular car many years so it converted it a long time ago.
is the video flipped or is that really right hand drive....?
so them cars at power skid are they built to do burnouts or r they built to drag
what gears do u have in that camaro?
You can tell how much raw power and torque a car ahs by how quickly you can see substantial smoke in the first stages of a burnout. this car...what a freak lol
Nice save from keeping the beautiful car off the wall!!!
@blownhemi can we get somemore specs on the motor? im building a 454 im at 468 now just looking at somemore ideas. thanks
i cant stop watching this
that camaro is just amazing
that whine sounds so amazing
i love how your just far away enought to only hear the SC whistle on the first part :D
@iNVeRSioNPS3
Probably closer to $25-30K, it's a blown 540 cube engine with an 8/71 and methanol injection
what size engine? anyone know what its got for rods, cranks, and pistons and cam?
well that just made the ol favourites list!
That was beautiful man. Love how you ended it.
What is in that thing? its sounds strong!
now thats called having fun with a fast car
Yep, all that early SC stuff is filmed by me.
new jocks please..... these are full..... that was an inch away from a long nights work......respect for drivin out of it in style
Hey maybe somebody could awnser this but would that be a blown 454?
omg, first time in the world an american car that cant go straight and go round perfectly!!! congratulation..epic engine tuning btw
@blownhemi ,maybe i am missing something here, but a 454 cannot go to 540 as a 454 was never offered in a 10.2" tall deck. a 540 requires a 502 9.8" deck block to get to a 4.6" bore. a 4.25" crankshaft with 4.6" makes a 540. stick a 4.25" crank in a 454 bored .30 over and you get a 496, the highest i have seen a 454 is 505 and that is pushing it at or over .40 thousandths, you cannot go anymore without gambling the water jackets on a blown motor.
that is just raw horsepower at its finest!!
