I love the new space. Great work! I'm doing something similar down in Texas so I always like seeing your videos talking about your space. You definitely inspired my studio. Also, I started a podcast talking with studio owners. I'd love to have you on!
This is Awsome!!! Congrats on the expansion! Were in Miami and just moved from single room to a 5 room space! Did you think about how you’re going to promote the event space?
Thank you! We are hoping we are able to convert some of our customers currently into using the space. Going to utilize LinkedIn more to get to some larger companies. We are going to be running a lot more ads. Fingers crossed!
Love your videos. You are great talking on camera. I have a goal to set up a Video Podcast studio in the UK, and your content inspires me. Can I ask how much would something like your new upstairs space cost to lease?
I wish there was a video on how to raise money for such a project! I’m a subscriber to the newsletter and still never seen an article about raising money for this project
I guess that's because I'm not sure I'd promote fund raising for stuff like this. When I started a few years ago, I just used the equipment I had and some savings and made it work. IMO starting a business like this (that isn't TOO expensive) can be done by funding it yourself! You don't need to start out with the 40k budget I set for this.
@@TheStudioBusiness True but how were you able to rent the space? I live in a 2bedroom with wife & the kids,Not sure it's okay bringing clients over to the house. So how can i afford a space no matter how small to start outside of my apartment?
There are a few ways to afford this: * you need your business to generate enough cash flow to grow * take a business loan * sponsorships/advertising * outside investors If you can't do any of these funding options, you don't have a business, you have a hobby.
Tom has to be the sexiest man alive

Yea I'd probably pass on bringing them to your home but you could look into coworking spaces. Rent a room for sub $1k/mo.
