- I have returned to my beloved island and country for the fourth time with a singular purpose: to attend the grand opening ceremony of our Village Education Center in Polonnaruwa. This series on Sri Lanka will be brief, consisting of only five videos, after which I must depart. During my short visit, I endeavored to capture as much footage as possible to showcase the country's beauty from new locations in the central region. Now what is needed is more visitors, tourists to make this experience more viable. Everything is there but the travellers. Sri Lanka really is a great destination and very interesting and varied. It is a lot more than just a beach destination, and as you can see most people have a little English so most tourists will find it easy to communicate too.
Mukunvenna is I think a kind of watercress that is used to make a green salad with coconut and other ingredients.
tourist arrivals for may was 83 000 ,
for june , it was 101 000,
for july was 143 000 , reaching little by little to prepandemic levels ow monthly average of 200 000( pre pandemic level per month)
first 6 days alone of august attracted 32 000 tourists.

I think you love our mother country than most of our own people Our nation have different flavours of spicees such as nutmeg, World Best Cinnamon, Pepper other spicies such as cardoman.... 😊😊😊

I recommend you to eat the dry fish curry. It suits well with the any other vegetable curries.
It seems like u had a real meal of Srilanka ..🥘..U know when we use the fire wood🔥 it gives different taste more than the gas or rice cooker or something like that.and also clay pot..the taste of gives it ,can't compare to any other..it's really different other than the pan or something else ..oh what a big chance u had Davud.. banana flower is one of my favorite curry😋.really vry tasty .. have u ever tried baby jack curry..sure...if u try this u would never find meat ever...By the way Davud..while u were washing the hands the gentlemen did his best as much as he can do for filming & explaining .I feel pity for him🙂..Although he is not fluent for filming as much as u do, but he tried to his best to do it correctly..really he is sin🙂.. And also want to appreciate u ,for giving camera to that person for filming until u come back davud ..😊 One more thing when do u hope to show us opening ceremony..🤔we are curious about it, no..😊ok..take care of ur self and spread ur kind heart to people who worth it😊

Drumsticks - is absolutely Superfood.
Fresh - Kind of unfinished Seeds of the Moringa Oleiviera Tree.
Drumstick, or Murunga, is considered a superfood. It’s seeds can be dried and used for organic water purification.
Absolutely...In South eastern countries people use to eat whole part of the Moringa bean as a curry; like this, whenever they eat, they could eat whole part of it, including seeds. not only that. when the flesh of this bean scraped and cooked with cashew nuts good to eat as a curry. Also, Leaves used to mix with crabs, prawns or with other red meats while cooking to enhance the taste. In addition, leaves mixed up with coconut and onions and tempered for rice.
