The Trials Of Life
Sir David Attenborough continues his study of animal behaviour in the third instalment of his award-winning Life series. Beginning with the ways in which animals arrive in the world and ending with the extraordinary techniques they employ to reproduce, the Trials of Life is one of the most comprehensive wildlife documentaries ever made. Taking some three and a half years to make, Attenborough travelled almost a quarter of a million miles to complete this fascinating and insightful documentary.

Mad lad is just like "Lmao lemme climb under this termite nest for a great shot."
Mr. Attenborough, like morgan freeman, has always been old.
The air conditioning units in some buildings is based on the way termites keep their nests cool, another example of biomimicry and another example of how we are influenced by the natural world
God’s creation is AMAZING!!!
When you cringe from claustrophobia because of what someone else is doing.
There's as much info in this 4 minute clip as in a whole episode of Planet Earth. The BBC has really dumbed down the scripts. They should just let him talk.
And we never will since total cooperation is lacking with humans .David Attenborough ..a wonderful person who was the 1st to illustrate the no zoo is needed .He carefully films ,explains and never upsets the wildlife ..Superb*
Gods nature
Insects are the closest thing to aliens
I came just to hear David Attenborough..his voice is so soothing..💆🙌
can we just take a second to applaud the cameraman who’s getting all these shots probably with some termites crawling up his crack
Respect for Sir Attenborough for crawling into that place, & the same for the camera operator who went in there to get the shot.
David is just such a genius man & I love his voice. He can read the way toilet paper is made & I will be in complete awe.
One of the people I admire regardless of beliefs is you Mr Attenborough, your passion for the environment and towards wildlife both vertebrates and invertebrates as a whole is your most admirable characteristic in my opinion.
holly smokes! Impressive construction! I wish you included more footage all around the structure and how exactly did you go underneath without being attacked by them?
Sir david ur king of documentry
This video absolutely
You can call them "vanes" or just call them what they are... cooling fins. Just like what air-cooled lawnmower engines have. :) Brilliant engineering from a bug with a brain the size of the dot at the top of this lowercase i. Just amazing. :)
