- It has been a whole challenge to do this! It took me a lot, but I finally made it: the Super Bell power-up! And if this goes well, I could make other power-ups too! I gave my best to make it as Super Mario 3D World-like as I could. You can climb walls with it (even moving ones!) and scratch things both on air or on land! In adition you can also use ice blocks to make slipperly walls. Without further to ado, I hope you find it useful!

This is unreal. What an incredible job my friend. This is my favorite power up i never knew about. Superb.
1:00 seems to suggest that you can abuse the wall-climbing ability by jumping off and pouncing back onto the wall. Mario's animation as he latches back on seems to suggest that his "stamina" has been restored, as it doesn't show him immediately struggling to stay in place. (and speaking of which, is it even possible to remain still for a few moments while clinging to a wall? the video doesn't seem to give that a try)
I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain that 3D World keeps the stamina depleted until Mario touches the ground again. Sooo... is my assumption correct? If so, I think this may be worth a bit of tweaking, as I could see this being a potentially bothersome level-breaker.
Stamina works like in SM3DW, you can climb walls only twice (without toching the floor nor standing over an npc) and if you do by the third time, you'll no longer be able to climb and you'll automatically slide down. I wanted to design around it, but it was hard because I needed a 20 block-height wall at least. The only difference to this and SM3DW's system is that you never perform a half-air dash attack (I had implemented it, but it felt so weird that I ended up removing it). Also nice observation!
I researched 3D World's system for my implementation in SMBX2 a while ago, and I agree that it didn't seem like stamina got restored when it was already half-depleted on a re-grab to the same wall.

This looks very good! With the wall climbing will be pretty broken I think, but so is walljumping on one wall with the leaf powerup.

Changing it for the other characters shouldn't be that big of a problem I think 🤔

I really enjoyed it. This turned out much better than the one by Jafoplayer. Yes, you should make more power-ups like finishing the SMW cape feather (I really need it). No, sorry. That video is quite old and I haven't use the computer where it was recorded for years, and even if I could, I would've deleted it at some point, so there's no way I can get it back

Finally another upload! Hey I have a question, if you do another boss pack can you mabie make a more accurate boom boom?
I mean compare the SMBX boom boom to SMB3 and you will know what I mean. I honestly only really want the one from world 1 (I'm remaking the first world's of SMB1, 2, 3, and world)
I could make an accurate boom boom in a couple of minutes, but due its ease it wouldn't be worth making a video of it, I assume. Have you tried to ask other scripters? They may give you a hand!
@@lxxzit well I tried asking on the discord and the biggest problem is they need to really know how he works. A quote from Inky "the problem here is knowing how boom boom exactly acts" also that's why I said like a pack of different bosses and a more accurate boom boom would be included

Yes. It works but you have to remove a line of code. Also in 1.4.5, a lot scripting stuff was added so the code could be now x5 times better
