You can use the desk clamp just fine. I used my logi pro for 6 months on my desk no problem. Only potential issue is if you have a cheaper desk the force will fuck up the underside.

I know he thinks it's harder but the lines actually fuck you up and lose you multiple seconds per lap on longer tracks. Also not having fixed pedals or atleast a 45lb weight plate behind them is insane lol.

i never knew until recently that like big rig truckers don't even use their clutches alot of the time. they just shift on the correct RPM? crazy
iracing has an auto blip setting you can toggle to address exactly this
