- We are back at it on the 1995 2nd generation Ram project. The factory seats are removed and time to get the 3rd generation seats installed, so in this video we walk you through some of the trials of getting the 3rd generation Ram seats to fit in a 2nd generation truck and allow you to learn from my mistakes along the way, Enjoy!

I bought 2001 dodge ram 1500 extended cab for my 1995 dodge ram 2500 but seats sit hi in front due to the bump in the color any suggestions ?
Good old trial and error but new seats are going to transform the interior enjoy
Hey Steve, what is the name of that co that you got your bra for camaro? I still haven't found one for my ats! Im coming to the conclusion no one makes them since car only made for 6 years? Don't wanna chance buying one for cts incase if don't fit won't get my money back!!!
novistretch and yes they only make ones for certain models currently but they are very stretchy for instance the challenger one fit my 2019 Ram 1500 I would be willing to bet one of the ones they make would fit your car too possibly the one for the Camaro

What size fuse is are the seats hooked too?
Rosa The German Shepard they are connected to the factory power seat wiring
Do you know what side of fuse those seats would require
Rosa The German Shepard my guess a 10 to 20 amp I’d start small and if it holds it should be fine but best way is read the amp draw and go from there
Hammerdown motorsports, is it possible for you to make this bracket set up and instruction and mail them to me so I can have these seats in my 2001 dodge 2500?
It really is a first for me still don't really know how it will perform once I start using the truck, that being said I am not going to be making them for sale at least at this time

@@davidschneider2596 for sure it isn't too bad just some cutting and light welding you technically could build new mounts completely but I chose to use the old ones and modify them
Why someone would want 3rd Gen seats in a second gen is beyond me.
Third gen seats are way better than 2nd gen hard sunburned seats
