Hello. I have been using a PTZ optics, and now trying the Honey Optics camera. Is there a camera that can successfully reproduce Deep Blue Color ?? PTZ Op. shifts blue to pink, and Honey camera is way too blue . What cameras work ??
Hello: This sounds like a simple color balance issue. You should go into the online UI using your camera's IP address to correct the camera's color balance and white balance. Usually, you want your camera between 3200-5600k for a white balance. ptzoptics.com/applications/ If you are unsure how to find your camera's IP address, install the Upgrade tool from PTZOptic's website and make sure you computer is on the same network as your camera. -Adam N.
