Great advise! For the last nine plus months, I have been basically doing what you talked about in this video. Though I weigh myself daily, walk 3 miles or more daily, log my food daily, intermittent fast, exercise and eat at a caloric deficit. I have dropped from 282 pounds to this mornings weight of 195 pounds. I am looking to lose about 20 more pounds, but my body will help me make that decision. For anybody wondering, I turned 65 in January, so if I can do it... you can do it. Discipline is the key.

I was leaving the gym yesterday and a young lean guy was sitting at a table eating fried chicken, fries, and a soda. The nasty smell of the cooking oil almost made me sick. I wanted to stop and tell him "listen to me now and understand me later, don't eat that stuff", but I kept walking.🥴

I’m 45 and went through diverticulitis a couple years ago, so I went from 240 to 150 after I had my colonoscopy bag removed I started to gain wait but the wrong way getting into bad habits again too much sugar. Last couple months I’ve been eating better and working out more and now up to 189 but still have a little belly fat. I quit drinking almost 4 years ago, I’m now in the best shape I’ve been in a long time. Love the videos 😎

You are on the right path, but please update this video for a couple pitfalls. Caloric deficit and intermittent fasting is also a recipe for loosing muscle mass at certain age. So you probably need to make sure not loosing and not gaining weight every day and adjust intake and exercise plan accordingly . Also you need to consider vegans/ vegetarians for whom this process is more complex

You are turning fat into muscle, body recomposition. Check how many calories are in your two meals a day. Sounds like you are doing great, try adding 7,000 steps per day, a 5 kilometre walk .

You’re better off keeping the fruits with the highest glycemic loads to a minimum…..berries are better, and high quality honey is ok in moderation. If you’re craving honey, try and time its consumption so it’s before a high demand workout/activity day. You are the laboratory! Experiment and see how you look and feel after changing things up…fruit is better than juices ( your body needs to digest and process it as a whole food) , and has great nutrient value.
Basically you need to know what ideal muscular weight/approximate fat percentage you want to be….that number is the poundage for your protein calculation.

I lost 45 lbs last year (the 1st 40 lbs in 7 months) doing IF. 2MAD 18:6 is my staple although I do change it up and eat breakfast from time to time. He's 100% correct about your metabolism slowing down once you lose that weight. Mine sure has so I actually started doing what he says to do. I'm tracking all my kcals daily in an ap I use for this. I've also increased my activity level with my exercising.
One pound a week is easy. Drink plenty of water, eat a good breakfast with plenty of protein and that goes the same with lunch. If you can at least eat two healthy meals a day consistently, you will lose weight. That doesn’t give you an excuse to eat shit. Just eat clean and you’ll be fine. Also, lift heavy weights. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

The title to this video is VERY MISLEADING!!! You can’t spot reduce fat and there’s a new study out that possibly says you can but overall right now there’s no study that’s 100% accurate saying you can spot reduce fat. Second, you’re gonna lose all the fat in other places before you get rid of belly fat which is VERY VERY VERY hard to get rid of. Yes, you might lose a little belly but to truly lose belly fat is very very difficult and extremely time-consuming. Poor video!!!

I learned a lot from you mate . I am a 57 years old and just started my fitness and diet about 3 months ago and I lost about 10 Kgs.
I avoid deep fried stuff as well. I use air fryer baking as alternative to cook. Only sweet things I eat are fruits.
Definitely a major difference, cutting significant amount of (really bad) oil away. Also love the air fryer 🔥💪😊

A person cannot spot reduce fat. If you’re in a calorie deficit, you will lose fat slowly from many parts of your body.
