at 35:09 try that return to send on a collection letter and watch it still show up on your credit reports. 🙄 You want to learn to work with someone that can get a violation under fdcpa or fcra like we have done since 2018. Cause if you just dispute and get an item deleted then it can be placed back on your credit reports. You want to be offensive and not defensive because collection companies can sue you and will.
Excellent content breakdown, thank you for teaching this vital information. The law says they must put their Mini Miranda "this is an attempt to collect a debt" etc. in every communication.

Has this guy done lawsuits? Is he on pacer? I work with attys and they have helped my clients in this field of law. I read one of his letters on his website regarding late payment dispute and he was citing “permissible purpose” which is from the FCRA section 604 and it is regarding inquires not slow pays…

Or more along the consumer law side of things... aka Daraine Delevante's speciality? From my ignorant point of view, Metro 2 seems like the way to go. But again.. I'm ignorant AF! lol
