3 big onions- slice
3 Green chilli chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red crushed chilli flakes
2 tbsp lemon juices
Mix for 1 min
Besan half cup
Rice flour half cup
Mix
Fry between 6 to 8 min

اسلام علیکم روبی جی!!!!!میں آپ کی بہت بڑی پنکھی(fan) ہوں.میری عمر 55سال ہو گئ ہے...ساری عمر کھانے پکانے میں گزری الحمدللہ...لیکن جب سے آپ کی ویڈیوز دیکھنی شروع کیں تو کوئ بھی ڈش اس وقت تک نہیں پکاتی جب تک آپ کی ترکیب نا دیکھ لوں....جب سے آپ کا چینل شروع ہوا تو اسی وقت سے میری یہ حالت ہے اور اس میں افاقے کی کوئ امید نہیں....آپ جیسا انداز کسی کا نہیں...گفتگو کا انداز, پکانے کا انداز,لباس زیب تن کرنے کا انداز ...آپ کی کس کس ادا کی تعریف کروں سمجھ نہیں آتی...آج پہلی بار کمنٹ کرنے کی جسارت کر رہی ہوں کیونکہ پہلی بار آپ کو دو ویڈیوز میں ایک ہی لباس میں دیکھا تو طبیعت پریشان ہو گئ کہ اللہ خیر کرے ایسا کیا ہو گیا!!!!!! کیا آپ کو یاد نہیں رہا یا یہ والا لباس آپ کو زیادہ ہی بھا گیا....مہربانی فرما کر جواب سے مطلع فرمایۓ گا تا کہ میری پریشانی دور ہو جاۓ...دعاگو آپ کی پنکھی.....
