Step back Arby’s, Christine now has the meats! 😂😂😂
Girlfriend, you are hilarious! 😂
🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Go Meat 🥩
😅🤣😂
Only Christine could get me, long time vegetarian, living in a vegetarian household to watch 17 minutes of beef cooking. I do not know what it is, but she is just so entertaining
It's because she is REAL!
She is certainly unique in a sea of fake social media. Love her.
Poor cow😢
Make the sauce of the spicy roast by itself...so good on mashed cauliflower!!!!🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
Same.
I’m going to date myself with this but every time you mention Solid Gold pet food I always think of the Solid Gold Dancers!! 😂
Hey now... Solid Gold dancers were awesome!! 💃🕺💃🕺😏🤫😉
Yes they were!
They were great. Now let me date myself and ask if you remember The Gold Digger’s. They danced on television back in the day.
I sure do! Boy that really dates us both!😂😂
@@mom2adragon677 Dean Martin's Gold Digger dancers!
Where's the beef? It's ALL in Christine's freezer! 😆
I’ve found this channel a couple months ago when I was frantically looking for ways to stretch $10 for 2 weeks. I have since been cooking all these recipes with inspo from Christine! I never knew what to cook and was spending so much money on groceries, only to throw half of it away from going bad. I’m so thankful for her videos and this one has me wanting to make beef tips after I get sick of my chili I made yesterday 😉
Mary on Richard's phone from Florida thank you for joining this channel Christine will probably save you enough money that you can make in a month a partial house payment and get your house paid off sooner or if you are renting you can go to your renter office and see if you make multiple month payments that you can get your rent cheaper it's always worth a try I used to rent rooms and if I paid for 3 months in advance I always got them cheaper than if it was months to month
I turn on “cooking shows” to watch while I put my 4 year old, 2 year old and 3 week old down for nap. I have about 4 UA-cam ladies that I rotate through. My four year old for the last few days has laid down in bed and said “ can we watch Christine today?” You have a fan. He doesn’t ask for anyone else and doesn’t remember the other ladies names.
That's so cute! Christine definitely has that no nonsense but super welcoming countenance
You are such a good cook... you're family is blessed to have such a natural & inspired chef in their own house. I feel like you don't try so hard to impress on UA-cam like so many crazy people out there w/channels, perfect flowing hair, make-up, expensive cloths, and giant kitchens/houses. Christine, I respect your great personality, your messy hair and flushed face after a workout, and your no nonsense cooking tips & recipes. Just doing life!
I've found searing every meat, makes it so much better. Every time. You'll thank yourself.
YES! Every time!
We bought a whole cow with one of our stimulus checks. Yes a whole cow for our family of 5. 3 deep freezers full! Glad to see this post!
Yes I watch the whole sponsor segment for Speedy!
Thanks for supporting 4H!!!!!
I'm so glad you were able to buy the meat from that cow. That's exactly what I ate growing up. However, in these days it's just not possible for us, so it's chicken, some pork, and once in a while some hamburg. That beef tip recipe looked fabulous, but then I looked at the price at the grocery store. I enjoyed watching.
I'm so jealous of your freezer space 😂
You all should watch her on 1.5 speed....I watch all her videos on that speed because they're hilarious!!
Our family raised those 4-H younger steer cattle, great project for our young folks and super high quality beef, love these videos!
WOW, WOW, WOW!! I made the mistake of watching this video at 4am. I mean, all those mouthwatering dishes!! Beef...YUMMY!! 🥩😍🥩 It was killing me, BUT I couldn't turn way. My mom also taught me to cook without exact measurements. 🥄 She always told me not to be afraid to season plenty and definitely taste as you go and with LOTS OF LOVE. 😁 But, careful NOT to over salt and ruin a meal. 😖 Bcuz I'm single, when I usually have left overs, and I LOVE it. But, when I cook big meals, I like to share with my co-workers and they dig it too for sure. YOU ARE 2 FUN & FABULOUS!! So INSPIRED!! Always looking forward to your next video. Arlene 😊😃
I absolutely love the fact that you just eyeball the spices like I do. My hubby laughs at my pinch and dash method when he wants to know how much of a spice to add! I tell him that this was the way my grandma taught my dad and my dad taught me! I tell him this is the PA Dutch way of cooking! 😉 I think I have to try the rib recipe.
If you have been taught to cook this way it is hard to use measurements because you almost always notice "oh this dish will work better with more of x and less of y" when you see the spices and in my view, if I go against my "feeling", it will not be as good. If I have never eaten something I will mostly follow measurements but if I have cooked or eaten something I will eyeball and go for what I feel is right. I also have a couple family recipes that I don't know how much I use of each thing, only how it feels when it is the right amount.
I was just talking about this to my hubby yesterday. I made chilli and was adding seasoning and he asked how I knew how much to put in. I told him I season with my heart lol. I just eyeball everything. I almost never measure. Once in awhile if it's a new recipe, but I still eyeball too. Started cooking as soon as I could stand on a wooden box and stir a pot. So I watched my grandma, aunt, and mom cook from the heart. It's the only thing I know.
Dang! You cook just like me. Palm measurements and “dump to taste!” Yup it’s totally how I roll. Ya know I feel bad when someone asks me for a recipe because I just go by what I like and don’t always remember what I did😬
Way to go IDAHO! (Live in the gem (best)state too❤️)
Fantastic, ty. that last recipe SCREAMS for mushrooms!!!!!!!!!
The 3 fold friends cut never gets old. Lol
All veggies cooked in a crockpot with a roast are amazing! It's one of the few ways I'll eat celery!
Meals look great. I add about 1/4cup left over coffee to beef dishes it really brings out the beefiness,is that a word.
I've been watching this channel for quite awhile now and my not ever comment again but wanted to let you know I totally trust and support your palm measurement system.
I cook ribs in sauerkraut and a head of cabbage…once done drain off excess liquid and serve over mashed potatoes…so delicious!
My crockpot has been saving me lately🙌🏻can’t wait to try these.
That is incredible looking beef!! You can tell it's been raised well. These all look delicious!
Yum, definitely great recipes for cold weather.
YOU make me smile the ENTIRE video! Love love love you to pieces. Thanks for just being you!
This is just what I need for the weekend. I have been waiting for it all day since watching your Tuesday chat. ♡ from Korea!
My family has LOVED everything I've made from your videos! Trying those beef tips ASAP! Yum! Making your bread this week too!
Thank you for the simple things. We enjoy watching you and your husbands videos for great tips and recommendations. So happy to have found someone Idaho to support their blogs and videos. Stay Safe and Happy Holidays!
I made the short ribs and they were absolutely amazing!!! Thank you!
Your channel inspires me and saves me so much money and time!!! You deserve a million followers!! Thank you for being so wonderful! 💓
Excellent recipes- I can’t wait to try them all! You’re such an inspiration to me especially when I get in a cooking rut. Thanks again
Throw the potatoes in with the carrots, celery, onion and roast. A true one pot meal. I get that people may prefer mashed if they have time and want the extra work, just saying the potatoes can go in as well and then they too get infused with all of the wonderful flavors from everything in the crock pot.
Great video.
I was thinking the same. I always throw the potatoes in the roast!
@@diannamc367 I love mashed too but yes, it is so easy and one pot to throw them in as well and they too soak up the wonderful flavors and juices and go so well with the carrots and roast all cooked together with melding flavors of all.
Great video. Thanks, Christine!
Boom! Teaspoon!😂😂 Dont mess with a woman that knows her way around the kitchen!!👍👍👍 Great video!
About to attempt the roast! Thank you for making these videos
All look so delicious thank you for the recipes
Making the short ribs now, went looking for a recipe and found you had one. I was so excited
Love beef short ribs. I do believe its the most flavourful part of the meat from a cow.
We love beef in the slow cooker. Our fave is Mississippi pot roast
Yay!!! I needed this. We purchased a 1/4 cow a few months back. With chicken prices in my area continuing to climb We are digging in our beef more regularly than I would prefer. Thanks for the ideas
Measure with your Heart,
Season with your Soul~
😉
Theses look delicious, thank you for sharing ~
Be well, stay kind and blessings to all 🙏
Thank you! You too!
Good idea for a shirt
Love your tips and your channel
Love your channel. Thanks for the recipes. I love beef tips and roast any way you fix it.
They all look so delicious n ez too. Thanks!
Try a 4.5 # chuck roast with 2 packets of ranch dressing mix and 2 jars of peppercini’s. Low for 12-18hrs. Serve on Hoagie rolls with provolone. A family favorite
Love your videos. Thanks!
Thanks so much for the crockpot recipes.
Thank you Christine! I needed beef recipes because there is just too many chicken recipes out there.
Looks delicious. Going to try these! Short Ribs are the bomb!!
Thank you!!! I too have a freezer full of beef! I will try these!
I've been watching for weeks now, and I'm so entertained I cant stop watching. Keep doing what you're doing. ❤👍🏻
Oh yum, this is a great recipe video, thank you!
Agree!! 100% searing makes ALL the difference!!!!
Woooo new video!! Happy Wednesday Christine!
Totally love crock pot meals and these look so good! Sorry to hear about the snow there, here in Central Alberta we are having a beautiful fall! We are heading south to AZ soon and hopefully not meet your snow as we travel thru your State! TFS
Love it! I picked up half a pig last week and getting a 1/4 cow this weekend so definitely like the ideas!
I read that as "pickled half a pig" 😅
Thank you. We’ve bought 3, 1/2 beefs since February. The more recipes the merrier.
I love beef tips and rice!
Love your channel you've given me so many great idea's
Thank you for sharing with us.
I will be getting a 1/4 cow and half a pig on Saturday. Gonna try some of these. Being from Mississippi i already cook my roast like that. All your receipes are awesome.
Oh my goodness.. such yummy recipes. Thank you christine.. in utah we have snow in the mountains.. but it's been raining in the valley. But I cant wait to try these recipes. 😊
I love these recipies :) I found a roast in the 50% bin yesterday so i am trying the beef butter roast :)
If you ever find the canned creamer at Dollar Tree. OH my word it's perfect for any dish that you want to thicken sauce. I used it in a spaghetti sauce and I even froze what was left over and tossed it in another dish right from the freezer and it worked fine.
I just love your spirit.
Still 80 plus degrees in Florida during the day... Hearing it's snowed there is mind blowing. :)
Wow! That roast is enormous!
Thank you for the great recipe.
Omg that roast is literally making my mouth water 🤤.
Thanks, I just might try them. 🥰
LOVE Montreal Seasoning!!!
Wow! That looks delicious!!
"SLASH" lol I love it!
My son’s family and I share 1\2 cow- this is helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you! We have a cow coming this month and I always have trouble thinking what to make with the cuts I'm not familiar with!
You make me smile 😃. Love all your videos. We just bought a cow too. Thanks for the recipes.
That beef is beautiful! So much nicer than grocery store meat. Growing up in Illinois we always bought a cow cut up and packed to my mom's instructions and it was so much better quality.
Yum! Just started watching you, I love your channel and personality! Also, your recipes and stories!
Christine you should can a bunch of that beef, canned beef is the best tasting canned meat and it stays shelf stable if the power goes out. Canned seared chicken breast is good too same with canned ground beef.
I make a roast with onion soup mix just like the one you made. As a matter of fact, picked one up today to cook while at work teaching tomorrow. ☺️My hubby said, please put in a lot of carrots. They are the best as you said!! 👍🏻
Thx for these recipes. Also, you crack me up!
Lastly, I didn't know celery could be frozen so thx for that too!
I didn't have shortribs, so I used baby back ribs, so I used those. Wish I would have taken a picture, but by there was nothing left to take a picture of! My family said they were the best ribs they've tasted and wants to to know when we can have them again. Thank you so much for sharing these recipes and helping me to bring a smile to their faces.
I was wondering how long it would take for the beef recipes to start rolling in lol!! *Nom nom nom*
😁
Love the Crockpot Recipes 😊
Thank you so much for this beefy inspirational video...And I love the Pink Panther like intermission announcements....
I'll share my secret ingredient for a roast, a Velveeta cheese sauce packet! Mix that with onion soup mix and cream of mushroom. Yum
Awesome recipes, thanks so much ❤️🎃❤️🎃❤️
End of season now, but next year you should do some fun csa box recipes, especially those oddball veggies people may not cook with regularly like kohlrabi, beets, chard etc.
These look sooo good! You are so funny and should take your show on the road 😝😆🤣😂 Thanks so much for sharing these recipes. 🙌🏾
Great video!!!! like always 🙌🙌🙌
thank you!
I’m so jealous of your snow. I’m still in tshirts and shorts over here in NC.
Great looking meals. Wish I had 1/2 cow in my freezer. Oh, don't have a giant freezer and no kids at home. Winner. I cooked smothered steak yesterday and the husband must have thought he woke up at Cracker Barrel. Yum it was good.
13 seconds!!!! I love your cooking videos :)
I love..”AKA I ‘ll do what I want!”😂😂
How yummy. Almost wish I wasn't a veggie saur now.
Hi Mrs.Frugal Fit Mom! So the roast that you made you could pull a big chunk out and fry it with slice tomatoes, sliced onions, throw in a slice jalapeño, and half a slice of bell pepper crack around 6 eggs on top and stir into it, You just made Machaca! Ya’ll will love it Oh yeah make a couple of burritos with it and send Hubby off to work! God Bless!
Love Speedy!
The Mississippi roast is actually packet of ranch, packet of au jus, stick of butter and peppercinis. I use 6 whole peppercinis and have learned to only use about a tablespoon of the pepperoncini juice otherwise it's too overpowering. This is my all-time favorite pot roast!
