My second video of Longmeimei...and I subscribed on the first one. I just want a taste of this spicy chicken. I have never eaten chicken feet, but had a auntie that cooked it once. She seemed to love it. I regret not trying back in 1974...chicken and rice with chicken feet. I live in GA, USA, this food is so similar to southern foods in the USA. Just different spices. Awesome video again!

You sure do a great job with all of your cooking, everything looks so delicious. I would recommend that you wash the palm fronds you use to tie up the chicken since they are subject to bird and insect droppings being out in the open all the time.

We, Toba people in Tapanuli region in Indonesia, also use this type of pepper in our cuisine... it's a must-have herb to season all our dishes such as in Carp Arsik, Saksang and all our condiments.
That's green sichuan pepper, not andaliman. They taste different. Andaliman is still much more delicious and only grows in North Sumatra.
@@lindastina You're wrong. The same exact type of pepper (Z. acanthopodium) also grows in lots of parts of India, Burma and other parts of Asia. It doesn't only grow on north Sumatra. You're advised to do some research before saying things.
