RECIPE:
1 lb. ground beef browned with 1 medium onion
1 can of RO*TEL diced tomatoes & Chilies (mild or Regular)
1 can kernel corn / don't drain
1 can of dices tomatoes / don't drain
1 small can tomato paste
1 package Taco seasoning
1 12 to 2 cups water
Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes in slow cooker
Garnish with shredded cheese / sour cream and corn chips!
I add lots of beans...chili beans, black beans, kidney beans. It's quick to make on the stove if you're in a hurry. Happy Valentine's Day 2022! (Since we're having food shortages in 2022, you can leave out the meat if you can't find it or can't afford it. It makes a great taco bean soup)
Using can opener, zip around both ends of small tomato paste can. Then push in on one end of can n it all slids out. Discard end pieces of can with rest of can of course.

In place of just plain water, use vegetable or chicken stock. Makes a great soup. I always use at least 3 cups of vegetable stock. I like thinner soup.

Man thanks! My camera keeps going without stopping once! Good call! I am so glad I grabbed 3 of them SD cards. For everybody else ... we are talking about my Canon camera I shoot these videos with. From time to time it would stop because the SD card could not take the high def video fast enough. Best Buy had a sale on 32 GB Extreme Plus SD cards with speed up to 90 MB/s Not only is it a class 10 SD card ... that's a card with a little number 10 on it with a little circle around the number ... but it also has that 90 MB/s speed ... my camera shoots on the high def setting and no longer freezes up! Jacob and his partner helped me out with all that info. Thanks Steve

Mmmm looks great. I cant leave enough alone lol to finish I'd add fresh diced tomatos in very center then a few jalapeno slices. Thats my interpretation from something already delicious lm sure
