Just for anyone who might need to hear this..
If it puts you in ss rdx mode just hold vol up,, power button and the other button (don't know it's name)..
It will flash rdx menu a few times but eventually it will go to logo then recovery mode...

If tour phone isnt locked with a code just press and hold power volume up and the bigsby button to get to the factory reset screen when the phone is powered off
