Thank you so much for watching! I'd love to hear your fairytale recommendations.😊 I use Storygraph to check content warnings for each of the books I read (not sponsored, this is just a resource I love). Side Note: I would 100% recommend checking the content warnings for The Seas.
Thank you for the recommendations! My Goodreads will hate me for adding almost every book you mentioned. :D I love the cozy feeling of your videos and how you describe the books without getting lost in excessive descriptions. I'm looking super forward to more recommendations! :) I'm not sure if I'll enjoy "Beasts and Beauty" since I wasn't a big fan of the third installment in the "School of Good and Evil" series and I very much dislike authors who say that they want to write a trilogy and suddenly there's a series of 6 books plus... All for the money. ;) All points of criticism you brought up can sadly be found in the "School of Good and Evil" books as well. That's a hard pass for me, although it sounds intriguing.
Thank you so much! I haven't read The School For Good And Evil series yet (it's been on my TBR for so long, I still thought it was a trilogy - whoops 😊). Also, I'm gutted that some of the criticisms I brought up were still present in the series (I was secretly hoping it was a short story issue, and he didn't have enough time to develop all the characters).
that was the best video ever, i like the way you talk and i got so many new recs, i love fantasy and fairytales, that was honestly so good. House of Salt and Sorrows by Erin A Craig looks beautiful
Yup, that one is weird for sure (I can't ever unread the birthing Jude sentence). I'm still not entirely sure how I feel about the book as a whole, but it was...interesting 😊
The Bloody Chamber is a classic. But I'm glad to see The Seas on here! It was a fascinating read for sure
Thank you for sharing! I love Angela Carter's stories. And The Seas is definitely one of the most interesting (albeit trippy) books I've read. 😊

God sent!
What a super channel. 🙃
Thank you!
The Seas...that was an odd odd book 🫣
But Every Heart a Doorway sounds really cool!
