Introduction - 01 The Adventures of Bill & Ben The Anxious Men

I was approached by Ben with an idea - to put together a series of videos with him and myself taking part in various exposure tasks.
I've never actually met anyone in person who can really relate to my own personal anxiety. I'm looking forward to seeing where this series of videos goes.
I hope you enjoy this introduction to our adventures, and I hope you choose to join us for future episodes in which we get out there and see what life's all about.
