Did they ever give you a solution for the missing stone in your ring ? I would think as much as you have purchased from them , a good customer and you are giving them excellent reviews here on YT as well , they would have sent you out a new ring to replace that one that is faulty . Let them know you are a UA-camr doing honest review videos on jewelry companies as well as their company . They should rectify the faulty setting in some way . If not a replacement ring , credit towards the purchase of another 1 or something else on their site . Would love to know how you made out , I did order the Aura ring from them and wouldn’t have known about it or their company if I didn’t watch your review video . So they need to do the right thing by you for sure ! 🥰
