  • Today I'm happy to welcome my friend, Erin Kendall, to host an awesome fast workout that's so fast you could do it while dinner is cooking.
    This workout is short and sweet for those of you who don't have a whole lot of time to workout. You will need no equipment, just you!
    In this 10 Minute Full Body Workout Video you'll get a refreshing take on a total body workout that anybody can do.
    We start with a warm up before jumping into the workout. Listen for cues on how to position your body for the best form which gives you the best results.
    Squats are a common exercise in my videos because they strengthen all the lower body muscles along with getting blood pumping and your heart rate up.
    You'll see lots of full body movements that hopefully you haven't done before. My goal is to challenge your body in ways that will help you increase your fitness levels and improve your health!
    Squeezing short workouts into every day will help you make big changes over time!
