Completely agree. ESO is an amazing game and it does PvP so well! What ruins it is the cater to casuals and love for nightblades. They don’t want people who put 7 days a week into the game to be better than the one that logs on once a week to destroy a bridge. It’s suppose to cater to every player type and it does except for the skillful solo player. They make it 10x harder with unbalance and content to take people out of cyrodil. Honestly, they could do so much if they actually had some decent pvp players advising them. 8v8 is just gonna be ball groups and broken groups dominating. It’s boring

I’ve been maining my magcro (Destro/SB) for the past year and you have me interested in switching back to a Stam dizzy swing set up, the burst potential looks a lot more promising my only problem with stam setups at the moment is the abundance of sorcs I get ranged down sm by frags or Nb lethal arrow + procs there always at least sorcs or Nightblades present in every fight nowadays guaranteed! What would you advise ? 😂
Specs and nbs are just an annoyance we gotta deal with on any class. This build handles them really well don’t the pressure it provides but you gotta play it well. You can use S&B ult like I do and actually go offensive with it since it reflects all there range dmg back you can line up some good burst of your own with tether and blast bones and they may end up nuking themselves💯

@@abcdef-ee5rp I honestly don't think their damage is too ridiculous, problem why it may seem that way is because they aren't under any pressure so they can stay offensive, so there's just no let up in their attacks. Nightblades do more damage but at least they can die, they have to time their burst because they can take damage as they're in melee range. Mag Sorc can just streak away and burst you from 60 ft away without having to go defensive
I think the most fun I’ve had in pvp in years was when they forced the no-proc campaign on us. Players actually had to rely on their skill to actually do anything. Nowadays kids slap on a proc set, get a few skill streaks and think they’re good 😂
Ganking is such bad game design. You can be fine fighting multiple players at the same time, but one person, who you aren’t even fighting can come and immediately kill you with no counterplay to it.
Although I too hate nightblades, it’s untrue to say there’s no counter play. You can use detect pots and flares. But the top tier nightblade players will just heal while they’re exposed and escape as soon as they can cloak again.
@SunBro_Talos you can't counterplay going from 100 to 0 immediately. That's my point. That in itself is a horrible game design. You can, of course, roll dodge ect but ur not even fighting the player when you go from 100 to 0 nor do you know they are there initially

I feel like I wouldn’t even be as bothered by groups if they just finally balanced cross healing, but healing is absolutely broken right now in the game. In bgs, if one team has a healer and the others don’t it’s an insane unfair advantage.

Idk bro I’m taking some time off maybe for good, I came back after a couple months and just reaffirmed why I left, for 1vX you have to run wretched+rally or torc and you have to be so perfect with your combos but 90% of the builds you fight are exploit builds, I tried to post an example of what you face on a regular basis on Reddit and a bunch of grouchy pensioners just mocked me for even trying to 1vX, like alright bro imma just leave the game to all you 40k hp heavy attackers, have fun “winning”
I'm of the belief they screwed the game by allowing proc sets to scale off your stats and giving them guaranteed chance to proc. It was better when they had no scaling and it was like 10-25% chance to activate, they weren't always in your face every fight and they were weaker because damage stats were much lower. Old procs were way less annoying and had WAY less damage. There was no proc pre-2021 that could do 20k+ damage but after proc scaling changes, you got procs capable of doing that.
I think they should have two battleground modes, one for randoms and one for pre-mades. It is never fun if you queue solo, get put in a random and come up against pre-made. Separate the two, they ain't the same to start, but I guess they worry that pre-mades won't pop enough. Well, then allow only solo queueing.
I know their thought process. 1. Warden was overpowered at relase. It was the worst class after the 2 years and all warden players were crying at forums. Warden is ok now. 2. Necro was overpowered at relase. It was the worst class after 2 years and all necro players were crying at forums. Necro is not ok but recovering. 3. Arcanist was op at release.
