the difference from how the anime is compared to the manga is.. unsettling. the anime seems to be a sweet, somewhat 'dangerous' and complicated story simply about a girl who wants to find love, meeting an apparition along the way and a few other people. but it's so, so much more than that. the manga is twisted in ways that are depressing, the manga is more emotionally moving, the manga has more meaning to it than you could possibly think of, the manga is simply beautiful and heart wrenching. this is a manga that deserves to be read over a hundred times. and even if you did read it over a hundred times, it would still have that same emotional impact it had ; just as if you were reading it for the first time again. this manga is one that will never truly have a happy ending ; someone is always going to get hurt in the end.

Hanako is a ghost that grants wishes with a price and Yashiro is just a girl who's interested in love. In the manga, Hanako actually found out that she was going to die soon. He wanted her to stay in the fake world so she couldn't die. He ACTUALLY cares about her which saddens me more. These two are in love, it's easy to tell. You wouldn't want to be in love with someone that loves you back then ends up dying. It's depressing. Yashiro just wanted some love and attention, that one guy who gave her attention, protected her, who loves her. Hanako is that guy. He would protect Yashiro no matter what, she's more than just an assistant and a friend. Hanako was not supposed to feel anything but he feels happy around Yashiro. I hope Yashiro doesn't die. This manga helped me in the toughest part of my life, I loved it so much, coming back home to read the next volume of Toilet Bound Hanako-kun had became the meaning of my life, what kept me going. As a person who isn't very emotional when it comes to these things (I swear watching anime is making me question if I cry about anything except math ) I was on the verge of tears soooo manyyy times. This story is heart wrenching and painful. It is about our ML, Zhi Shu He and his unfaithful lover, Jiang Wen Shu. They had been together for 14 years. And just 4 years ago, Jiang has been going on affairs with multiple people for the fun of it. The first time he had sexual relations in the Affairs, the felt guilty so once he came home, he treated Zhi Shu extra nice. As time goes by without Zhi Shu finding out, he cared less and less. Soon it came to the point where he’s not be home for days. Zhi Shu has blood cancer. He is weak and fragile. He gave up everything for Jiang. In reality, ZhiShu actually knows about his affairs but he doesn’t really mind as long as he still loves him. Zhi Shi’a Doctor, Ziyu Ai, actually grew interest to him. Multiple times ZhiShu skipped his chemotherapy dates. He’s always come to the hospital alone as he didn’t tell Jiang about his conditions to not worry him. One day Dr.Ai gave ZhiShu a lot of Orchid. ZhiShu brought it home and placed it on the living room table. When Jiang came home and noticed the expensive orchid. He questioned if ZhiShu Cockholded him. ZhiShu was kinda mad as Jiang was the one who had affairs. ZhiShu explained it was from a friend and why couldn’t he have a friend? Jiang got mad and slapped him. In their high school years, they had quarrels an no matter how mad Jiang gets, he could never ever slap ZiShu. He knew he was sensitive to pain. Now I’m not going to give anymore spoilers because I hope you can enjoy the sad novel properly.

its funny how the anime is so entertaining and funny! and most of these soundtracks comes from funny parts, like the third sound track is the part "come on, stay with me, ill treat you a lot better, than that guy will....If my opions are cleaning the bathrooms with you, or doing the papers alone, i prefer the paper!" and the fifth one is the part from After School Boy Hanako-kun (i think!): "you wouldnt give your student any harsh orders are you?....write the Kanji alphabet until this book is full!" these are all some best parts and moments right, after reading the manga! (spoiler alert!) its full of sadness...listening to this! makes you cry right? i understand...
The anime shows a girl who's just looking for love and meets an abirition who kind of changes her and it a very happy anime but in the manga it's sad and depressing I cant see the anime the same because I know that hanako knew from the start, I can't see the anime the same anymore
I started to be an anime watcher and manga reader when i'm a grade four student, but i'm only a weak person so I stick to be an anime watcher while I stop to read manga, manga have meaningful things that can't see on videos or movies, comparing as a manga reader and anime watcher, if you are a person that can't stick with emotional things, don't read manga that contains a very emotional story, like this anime. Watching anime is better to people who have sensitive feelings, manga is more meaning like I said, but you can easily think what's happening about this anime, but being an anime watcher is actually hurt too... because of spoilers, like on this chapter 71 which hanako will disappear, of course watcher will be emotional, the excitement is disappearing on our mind....

Fist yashiro sees hanako kun because she is neer to die but if they solve about her life span she will not be able to see hanako kun again... and it's just breaks my heart. I really want this anime to end with a happy ending but i feel like it's going to be an ending where it just scars

I was on the verge of tears soooo manyyy times. I re read the manga a while ago. For the longest time this was the only thing that made me cry. **cough cough* chapter 71 *cough cough* (except episode 147 HxH and when I finished Fruits Basket.)

“A decade of deep love”. There is a manga version of this which is called “10 years where I loved you the most”.
A description on the story, may contain a tiny bit of spoilers but it’s mostly the context from the beginning of the novel. Anyways preparer tissues. Even at Ch 3 I was already crying.
This story is heart wrenching and painful. It is about our ML, Zhi Shu He and his unfaithful lover, Jiang Wen Shu. They had been together for 14 years. And just 4 years ago, Jiang has been going on affairs with multiple people for the fun of it. The first time he had sexual relations in the Affairs, the felt guilty so once he came home, he treated Zhi Shu extra nice. As time goes by without Zhi Shu finding out, he cared less and less. Soon it came to the point where he’s not be home for days. Zhi Shu has blood cancer. He is weak and fragile. He gave up everything for Jiang. In reality, ZhiShu actually knows about his affairs but he doesn’t really mind as long as he still loves him. Zhi Shi’a Doctor, Ziyu Ai, actually grew interest to him. Multiple times ZhiShu skipped his chemotherapy dates. He’s always come to the hospital alone as he didn’t tell Jiang about his conditions to not worry him. One day Dr.Ai gave ZhiShu a lot of Orchid. ZhiShu brought it home and placed it on the living room table. When Jiang came home and noticed the expensive orchid. He questioned if ZhiShu Cockholded him. ZhiShu was kinda mad as Jiang was the one who had affairs. ZhiShu explained it was from a friend and why couldn’t he have a friend? Jiang got mad and slapped him. In their high school years, they had quarrels an no matter how mad Jiang gets, he could never ever slap ZiShu. He knew he was sensitive to pain.
Now I’m not going to give anymore spoilers because I hope you can enjoy the sad novel properly.

The anime shows a girl who's just looking for love and meets an abirition who kind of changes her and it a very happy anime but in the manga it's sad and depressing
I cant see the anime the same because I know that hanako knew from the start, I can't see the anime the same anymore
when ur trying to study but end up rethinking about your life choices just by listening to the music:
Yesterday I was listening to this because my mom and then this made me calm
I started to be an anime watcher and manga reader when i'm a grade four student, but i'm only a weak person so I stick to be an anime watcher while I stop to read manga, manga have meaningful things that can't see on videos or movies, comparing as a manga reader and anime watcher, if you are a person that can't stick with emotional things, don't read manga that contains a very emotional story, like this anime.
Watching anime is better to people who have sensitive feelings, manga is more meaning like I said, but you can easily think what's happening about this anime, but being an anime watcher is actually hurt too... because of spoilers, like on this chapter 71 which hanako will disappear, of course watcher will be emotional, the excitement is disappearing on our mind....
I love this perfect for the office just like a perfect BGM in the mid sunset~
