The leftover rice was even eaten just like that out the pot 😊❤ making more tonight and had to come re-watch your video because I need that perfect sushi again!

Cool hack if you don't have short-grain rice. I had jasmine rice and used my coffee grinder for a couple pulses before washing the rice. Worked like a charm! This video is by far the easiest and energy-saving way I've found to cook rice, and sushi rice turned out perfect.

I have never made sushi rice in my life and i followed your recipe and it came out perfectly. The only thing i did differently was i made a sauce of soya sauce, sesame seed oil and garlic, that i added to the sushi rice when it was cooked. Thank you for this great video 👍😁

By far the very best sushi rice I've ever made. The method is perfect. The rice is fluffy but just sticky enough and doesn't get dry when stored overnight.
