My AC has had issues were it wasn’t cold,one time it just need to spray down the outdoor coils.another time it needed a cheap part like a capacitor .another time it needed more Freon. Try cleaning the outside unit and make sure you have a new filter inside. If that doesn’t work find a repair guy.I have an old man who has been coming out for 30 years and he fixes it and it’s good another 10 years.its 45 years old and still ice cold!
You need to buy a portable Evaporative air cooler for your house.Just got on it is amazing. Mine can cool down an area of 950 sq feet. It uses less electricity than AC. Quiet to.

There should be an ID sticker or plate on the back of the roaster/toaster. You could take a screwdriver and put the blade against the side of the screws on the ACs and whack them with a hammer to loosen the threads.
Taco check out a mini split for your home, pricey but good for heating/cooling your home. The white metal rack is a clothes drying rack, people are always looking for those for saving money ❤
I’m living in a hundred year old house and to get the heat out, we put a box fan in a window and have it blowing out. Oin the cooler evenings, reverse fan and have cool air pulled in. It does work.

Goodwill has really jacked up their prices online. But something inbetween. Dollar stores are closing. Adding a couple bucks should help you; You can lower it back down to $1 if you wish when negotiating with your customers.

It’s your insulation, you need to add to or replace insulation after several years. Check your insulation in the basement as well as the attic. The good thing about insulation is you can add a roll or 2 at a time to keep from putting out a lot of money at once. The bad part about insulation is the price of one roll is really up there right now. It will really make a huge difference in both heating and cooling 🥶🥵‼️

Is your AC unit a window unit? If it was made after 2020 it would be cheaper to get it charged. If it is older than that you should scrap it and buy a new one. The old ones used freon which is no longer used in the US. Getting an older unit charged would cost more than buying a new one. That Ninja appliance is a great find. You should try it.
