Running a court case against govt about 26 years regarding an appointment is simply refecting the thoughts of govt and judiciary that value of a poor man is valueless, in fact not provide due justice time ruins life of a justice seeker, this a shame of a democratic independent country India. I openly declare that as per a common man speculation about 1.5 lakhs justice seeker lost their lives due to not getting justice from either govt or judiciary, this is a bleak reality of our country, I make sincere appeal to govt and judiciary to deliver justice in time to save millions of lives. On the other hand, I see immense problems with cynicism in the administration and police, as well as with the advocate quality (bar).
Leaving aside the merits of the case, the plaintiff's counsel does not even know date of appointment which is at the heart of the matter. Due respect for his age, but standard of advocacy is worst in India.
Suddenly 5 lacs compensation becomes 2 lacs. What is the rationale for either 5 or 2 lacs. What was the original prayer of the complainant!? How are these sums arrived at??

Dono party ke samne spot enquiry na karwa kar ek dated23/9/23 ka spot enquiry ke naam par paper lagwa diye hai jisme ek initial sign hai usike upper wadi pratiwadi ke wakil milkar har date par arop pratyarop ka daur challa raha hai ek date par 2nd party bhare court me SDM or dono wakil ke samne jivan bhar case chalne ki baat bole jar nikal gaya or mera wakil koi objection karne ke jagah chup chap sunte rahe 2nd party or mera wakil nahi chah raha hai ki dono party ke samne spot enquiry ho agar hoga to sachhai samne aa jayega or case decide ho jayega
After ruining someone's whole carrier he got only 2lack rupees...sorry to say but this judge should know how to make judgement against any unlawful activities when the opposite side can easily pay much more...he even don't consider that one candidate is serving against his post under someone who is retired and the judge don't even order show cause notice against the ex-judge...it is funny to think that we have to run to them for justice 🙏🙏🙏
