Henry wasn’t aware of William’s doings at the time, it was only in hindsight had he realised what William had done. Also, William didn’t die in 1993, as the restaurant was still open and the building was still in-tact. By the time we see William dismantling the animatronics in the FNaF 3 minigames, the building is dilapidated, water is leaking in through holes in the ceiling, the place is a complete mess. 12:12 technically he won't have known the investigation was still going on cuz it had been years since the deaths and he probably thought that the investigation at fully ended
Henry Emily was doing them a favor. He wanted to destroy the animatronics cause he knew they would destroy many lives Michael aft on was already dead he’s a zombie basically not murder he didn’t mean for his child to die He was a coward. But he did try to set stuff right
I saying that Henry is not guilty because Willam was hiding his clues of him attacking other kids but when he finds out he was working on plan to stop him or even call police on him but didn't have any proof only for Willam to get spring locked, how ever......in FNAF wolf game we can see pixel version of Henry saying how he helped Willam with out knowing to creat circus baby before Willam used her maybe years later..
2:01 That actually doesn't work with FNAF 3's case because Phone Guy dies when FNAF 1 takes place, so he can't talk about locking Springtrap in the saferoom when he's dead by that time. Plus, Phone Dude says that those are voice records from the very old locations. I've also just checked the phone calls in FNAF 3 and I can say without a doubt that he's talking about how they "sealed off the saferooms at most locations due to federal restrictions". It wasn't the decision of the company whatsoever. They were *_forced_* to obey the rules. And they did this probably because of the reality that those murders were committed inside the saferooms. They wouldn't want to keep the saferooms open and risk a public sanction.
i mean henry did a lot of crimes, but we can all agree that without him the events of pizzeria won't happen which will make william and elizabeth kill a lot of people
False imprisonment ? He had a hunch william afton was behind the murders and the police couldn't find any clues connecting him to the murders even though things like his DNA were obv on the spring bonnie suit. Henry saw William dying and that confirmed that his hunch of William being behind the murders were 100% true. He also didn't want to story to get out because if it did that the co owner of the company was behind the murders and disappearances of so many children his company and even his own name would be done. He did the right thing imo. Police couldn't do their job right and his hunch was right. The child neglect thing also wasn't his fault, his daughter just wasn't in his view and unfortunately it lead to her being murdered. It happens to a lot of parents, we are adults and we work. We want our kids with us under supervision 24-7 but realistically that's impossible. So yeah she got locked out and killed which is tragic but he can't be to blame for that.
Yo Sandwichly, are you okay? You were blabbing a ton of stuff about Henry Emily committing crimes, doing your usual court stuff, after you passed out. You do realize Henry Emily died in the fire. Are you okay?
i have multiple problems 1. henry killed himself 2. he couldnt save the children which is why he listened to kys 3. the lore is getting so contradicted every matpat in a 50 mile area is having a heart attack
Yeah, you submitted the arson charge wrong. Since Henry did not start the fire himself but rather orchestrated it he can't be charged with arson but rather conspiracy to commit arson. Also I don't think the statute of limitation defense is valid since the charge involves imprisonment which had not ended until that year meaning that that's when the expiration period on the statute began.
Hmm unfortunately sandwich I must ask you do you see prosecuting someone for one’s own gain as being legal? Weather or not you see it as that you can’t deny using Mr Emily and micheal afton to get to him just so you can get henry in jail for your gain is worthy of being charged or a case to be made so I must the people this, is Mr sandwich to be put on trial and if so please spread the word so it can be possible
I'm not qualified to do a video on law, but I am so happy someome finally took it upon themselves to delve into the law of FNaF. It has plagued my mind for years, and with my search history likely has me on multiple search lists. The MCI is especially interesting, as according to FNaF AR William was never charged with anything- he must have somehow provided an airtight false alibi- but the newspapers in FNaF 1 also supply that someone *was* convicted. Who was the scapegoat? Of what? Maybe a no name employee we saw Purple Guy suit up in 4? Maybe he had an unwitting accomplice. Maybe he had multiple on the payroll that didn't know exactly what they were covering for- Phone Guy included. SL kinda backs this up. But I personally assume Henry got charged with a count of neglectful homicide for each child- so 5 or 6 kids depending on whether you include CC or Charlie (I would include the crying child but not Charlie but I'm no expert, I assume Cassidy was never reported and thusly so vengeful). 5 years each is 25-30 years, which takes Henry out of the picture from ~1985 to 2015. Hmmm....
8:22 That doesn't work since William Afton is the owner, which is idiotic of the owner killing his target customers. Unless he paid the police and concerned parents since he's a wealthy businessman in the small-town of Hurricane, Utah. In Pizza Simulator, Emily didn't even know who's in the room.
According to my research the concealment of a body is a crime So in other words upon noticing William's death and "ultimate" demise to the springlock suit his immediate reaction should have been calling the local authorities So he could/should be charged for the following: Failure to report a corpse. Hiding a corpse. Abuse of a corpse. Unlawful disposal of a corpse. Unproper burial and/or prevention of burial. Henry Emily might as well just be charged with murder by this point. And that's discounting the contruction workers hiding the safe room, that would add a conspiracy charge on top of all that, the constructions worker would problably also be chargd as accomplices of the previously listed crimes. That is not accounting for the fact that they(each individual charge) could be charge in unison or separately But in the detail the main things woul be Not reporting someone's body/corpse to the police is a crime, by hiding William's corpse Henry Emily leaves himself open to the following charges: Abuse or desecration of a dead human body Failure to report the finding of a dead human body to a local law enforcement agency Hiding someone's corpse and preventing someone's burial is also a crime but I didn't find anything that said if it would be chraged separately or lumped into the first one I also found Unlawful disposal of a corpse/cadaver but again I don't know if it would be charged separated from the first one or again be lumped togheter in the first one. According to Utah laws.
1. Afton was dead so yeah no charge 2. Charlie was locked outside by bulling kids while Henry was likely working. 3. There would have needed to actually be an investigation. Additionally the remains of the funtime animatronics to our knowledge no longer kept any actual evidence of their crimes in their new builds. The blueprints at the location also seem to have been digital copiea not the originals. 4. The equipment was not used by the client to commit any crimes. 5. The fire did not burn down the location. It was the equivalent of decomissioning and recylcing scrap from faulty products. 6. Henry learned of the situation with posession long after the events occured.
@rad1165 Henry had her at a location where children are normally safe. She had a security bracelet on, and the puppet was specifically designed to either keep her safe or keep the children in the location where they would be safe.
Henry didn’t try to stop William? Bro suspected him the whole time but had 0 evidence that he did the crime. Also “Selfish actions” who knew that wanting to stop murderous animatronics from roaming Utah was selfish
There is a problem with the finding out of the murders. This happened in the 90's, after the children died. Henry saw the bodies inside of the broken animatronics, found William and inferred he was the killer. Innocent
Every FNAF characters Henry missing children William Michael Vanessa Elizabeth ect they're not all perfect they're all bad in their own they're all Not innocent they all done some crimes they all done all bad things and sins evil killer murder insane pycho killer ghost robot animatronic vengeful spirit and all. Henry and William should have really took action and stop the incident with Crying child afton they should have went up there and stop them but they didn't. William Henry both probably shouted at them to stay away that it was dangerous what they were doing but Michael and his friends they didn't listen and Michael and his friends disobeyed his father Henry when he told them not to go near the animatronics that it is was dangerous and he they should have added a sign that says it's dangerous to go near the animatronics robot. But William and Henry didn't know that someone would shove their own brother in fredbear's mouth that's dangerous Michael Afton should have known better he killed his own brother on his birthday that's Still a sin murder. I know it was an accident but Michael is the cause of his own brother's death which is bad Michael kill crying child Afton on his birthday and Michael Afton killed crying child his brother as a joke prank that went too far and it was not funny it bad Michael Afton has to live with that for the rest of his life knowing that he's the cause of his own brother's death him and his friends to.

@@jediapc226It would be interesting to ser how they would handle Cassidy's imprisionment and torture of William. It is definitely illegal and wrong, no matter how bad William js, but she is a frustrated child. It'd be a good discussion
If William had dismantled the animatronics in 1993, whilst the Pizzeria was still open, someone would’ve noticed.
Surprised Sammy wasn't brought up in child neglect
For this video, I only did video game Henry.
@@SandwichlyWAS THAT SAMMY EMILY WHO YOU TALKING WITH ON YOUR PHONE!?!?!?
You forget that lefte, the bear designed to trap his daughter is designed to give CONTROLLED SHOCKS. I’m no expert on law but that HAS to be torture
Well she wasn't human at the but a soul with don't count souls as part of the law because we can't prove it exist
You see the "steady voltage" isnt really specified where it goes but it is listed in the dream wand/soother which is a mic that is made to sooth the puppet just like the music box in fnaf 2 but this time instead of winding it for every 0.02 secs for your dear life it is powered with electricity
Henry should be charged for creating a machine that resulted in the death of Williams son, and didn't seemed to care about the potential danger it would've led to that bite.
I mean.. he had a responsibility to add a warning sign maybe,
But it's not exactly an elevator makers fault and 13 14 year old pumps shuves a 5 year olds kids head into an elevator wanted to watch them scrm and then they die
MAYBE AFTER WILLIAM KILLED CHARLOTTE ON "THAT NIGHT" THAT HENRY GRIEVED ABOUT HER DEATH SO MUCH THAT HE DIDN'T PROPERLY CHECKED THE PRESSURE OF THE HYDRONICS THAT WAS IN FREDBEAR'S MOUTH AND SO...
MARKIPLIER: WAS THAT THE BITE OF 87- OH WAIT, I MEAN, WAS THAT THE BITE OF 83!?!?!?
Henry:connection terminated, you mfs you can't jail me because I burnt everyone including myself (*spirt runs away*)
How tf did Michael and Henry commit more crimes than william
God, I hate how the community always picks not guilty like Henry is guilty from my knowledge
Dont forget he also murderd mike in the fire without teling him the way out if he did want to leave
And Charlie his kid to also he made Lefty to trap puppet. Well Henry felt like Michael wanted to stay and die with his siblings in the fire Henry all of this ends for all of us they has the fire to free the souls
to Michael Afton literally a rotting corpse I mean he can't even eat so cuz no organs and all what kind of life would that be?
I thought william was the animatronic expert, y'know with afton robotics
Afton Robotics was the Sister Location animatronics
wouldnt henry also have a murder or neglicence charge for making THE SPRINGLOCK SUITS
You know I have a theory that this trial series is actually the afterlife where soul get judged for their actions so @sandwichly want to make this canon
We Put Sandwhichly Wand On Trial For His Crimes!
Crime that he currently broke: Existing
Saying you're sorry something happened to someone doesn't make you liable for it happening to them
Honestly you could technically charge him for hiding evidence too considering he not only hid the murders but after knowing who did it he did nothing about it hell he even technically made one last ditch effort to hide the truth
12:12 technically he won't have known the investigation was still going on cuz it had been years since the deaths and he probably thought that the investigation at fully ended
Jesus christ did NOBODY die in that fire!?
Thank you for an amazing opportunity ❤
Dude Henry found out in when the fire came in fazbear frights bro didn’t know until fnaf 3
Don't forget about child negligence and child endangerment.
Leaving a robot in charge of his 3 year old daughter? Yea, I'd say he's guilty for neglect
but the robot was to act as a security guard, not to take care of his daughter
and it was williams idea
"Mr. Emily ran away and deserted them."
Why do I feel like a rickroll comment is gonna be caused by this
i mean henry did a lot of crimes, but we can all agree that without him
the events of pizzeria won't happen which will make william and elizabeth kill a lot of people
you should do these videos for other characters as well. Like characters from other franchises, these are amazing.
Are you okay?
williams body was in scraptrap when henry burned it down, more disposing of evidence
I thought that the only part of the fnaf 6 pizza only burned in the office-ish
i have multiple problems 1. henry killed himself 2. he couldnt save the children which is why he listened to kys 3. the lore is getting so contradicted every matpat in a 50 mile area is having a heart attack
For My Own Gain!?! Ummm... I would never!
Thanks again for the opportunity to voice Henry!!
Amazing video!
Hmmm....
This is like a phoenix wright video 😂
Slovakian Henry is something I didn't know we needed
Would love to see mr.david banner on trial (from the hulk 2003)
8:22 That doesn't work since William Afton is the owner, which is idiotic of the owner killing his target customers. Unless he paid the police and concerned parents since he's a wealthy businessman in the small-town of Hurricane, Utah. In Pizza Simulator, Emily didn't even know who's in the room.
According to my research the concealment of a body is a crime
So in other words upon noticing William's death and "ultimate" demise to the springlock suit his immediate reaction should have been calling the local authorities
So he could/should be charged for the following:
Failure to report a corpse.
That is not accounting for the fact that they(each individual charge) could be charge in unison or separately
But in the detail the main things woul be
Not reporting someone's body/corpse to the police is a crime, by hiding William's corpse Henry Emily leaves himself open to the following charges:
Abuse or desecration of a dead human body
Failure to report the finding of a dead human body to a local law enforcement agency
Hiding someone's corpse and preventing someone's burial is also a crime but I didn't find anything that said if it would be chraged separately or lumped into the first one
I also found Unlawful disposal of a corpse/cadaver but again I don't know if it would be charged separated from the first one or again be lumped togheter in the first one.
According to Utah laws.
7:17 Hello oh dear Bonnie render of mine :)
Henry was the one who allowed michale to burn the building faz bear’s fright
I thought false impressionment would be trapping the puppet in Lefy
I would more believed the others kid lock her out.

I feel bad for Charlie, basically got murdered, and presumably her soul got stuck in a security puppet?

9:18 and also William’s son, the crying child
Ok its
Everything William did because he is responsible for everything
Trespassing
Didn't I just see you over there.....
you forget murder he killed them even if they are ded alr
1. Afton was dead so yeah no charge
Henry should have been watching his child to had someone watch her baby sit her.
@rad1165 Henry had her at a location where children are normally safe. She had a security bracelet on, and the puppet was specifically designed to either keep her safe or keep the children in the location where they would be safe.
@@RFDN0 oh okay thanks for information 🙃
Vanessa should be put on trial lol
Henry didn’t try to stop William? Bro suspected him the whole time but had 0 evidence that he did the crime. Also “Selfish actions” who knew that wanting to stop murderous animatronics from roaming Utah was selfish

12:34 that went badly for sandwich
Bro what ur doing is illegal XDD
But William and Henry didn't know that someone would shove their own brother in fredbear's mouth that's dangerous
Michael Afton should have known better he killed his own brother on his birthday that's Still a sin murder. I know it was an accident but Michael is the cause of his own brother's death which is bad
Michael kill crying child Afton on his birthday and Michael Afton killed crying child his brother as a joke prank that went too far and it was not funny it bad Michael Afton has to live with that for the rest of his life knowing that he's the cause of his own brother's death him and his friends to.
Literally all of them have committed murder at least once nobody in the fnaf universe is innocent

Yeah no one is innocent in the FNAF universe.
The end of this video seems like the end of a story from the books
since mr.emily made the animatronics right.... does that mean that he made an animatronic that can bite a Childs frontal lobe which is a hazard?
Surely vigilanteism as well
