@@paragdesai1370 you got lucky. Bond is a legal document and if company wants, they can take you to court which may cause issue with future employment as most IT companies do background checks and court check is one of the topmost criteria during the background checks
@@8shounak The company can only claim damages upto the amount they spent on training and the salary they have paid you. No one can enforce compulsory labour in India under any circumstances. If this guy is so passionate then he shouldn't care about not getting future jobs in IT companies 😂. That's exactly the point the judges were making.

If you would be in judge here you would had said the same to him because his form was full of fakeness which they wanted to prove, either you write the truth on the forms or be ready for the music.

Every impromptu comment of judges is not to be taken seriously..In another interview they roasted girl for leaving a job, saying log koi bhi kam kar lete hai aur aap job chhod rahe ho?? Jus coz u dnt like it?? They just roast every contestant for entertainment & format of the show, coz you are watching it for that only at very 1st place.

The point they make about him having a "biker" tattoo only to tell others that he is cool is not always true. Sometimes tattoos mean a lot more than just a flaunting tool. Ask a person who knows about tattoos and they will tell you that many people have tattoos on them that have a deeper meaning and are their for their personal satisfaction and most of the times signify something that happened in their lives that has changed them forever.
Brock Lesnar has a tattoo of a sword because at one point in his life he had one foot in the grave and that life was holding a knife to his throat. David Beckham has a tattoo of his wife in Hindi. And many others.
Tattos are there for show off. People want others to ask them about their Tattos. So that they can show off their "coolness" "love"

Tattoo can be an way to remind you of something or motivate you to do something, but generally seen people tatoo first and then make a meaning out of it.
As long as you dont do anything that doesn't harm any one or makes anyone very uncomfortable, you are free to do whatever you want. These two judges wear ear rings on both ears. Ideally only girls do that. I find that very wannabiesh. But do we criticize them? Nikhil Chinnipa wears sunglasses indoors. I find that very wannabiesh. But do we criticize him?
Bhai that person did admit that he wanted people to notice him and validate him as cool. He himself admitted it that he wanted to show so that others could ask about how cool he is and validate the same. The dialogue "Ambiger uss time pe" it sums up what was his interntion while getting the tattoo as nobody knew what it was back then and he will be the first person to be recognised as person having it and being cool about it. He did try to be "wannabe" though maybe not intentionally, but he did these so that he gets noticed.
