Subaru Outback Rear Bumper Removal

How to remove the rear bumper on a 2020+ Subaru Outback. Performed on a 2022 Outback Wilderness, but the process is the same for all other Subaru Outbacks. Any questions, please leave them in the comments!

I need to replace my whole bumper and attach a new bumper. How difficult would it be to attach a new bumper to the sensors through unplugging and plugging them on a new one? Thank you!:)
