  • Short Video following my Youngest son through the woods on his new Yamaha Blaster. This was his first full weekend learning to run a clutch and shift through gears. He did amazing listening and figuring out the new set up. Sorry for the poor audio at times as I forgot my Mic set up and was only running off the GoPro mic.

Jax isn't too far off on that. Another few rides and he'll have a good handle on the BRAP and those holeshots will be throwing lots of dirt. Thanks for watching buddy !

I always wanted on as a kid. Really stoked that my boys have some for me to watch them learn and progress

Great job!!! Blaster, one of the best for kids to ride! You will have to bring him to the dunes this year so him and my son can ride together!

Jax won't be making this years trip, but we already discussed a trip down there for sure. It would be so awesome to get the boys together. I've already shown Jax footage of your son ripping the 250ex on last year's group ride!

Kid can ride! I always found it quite irresponsible how people would buy their kids a Blaster & just ship them off with hopes & prayers. Then again, my generation somehow lived through the 1st gen Mechanical Drum Brake (Latin for NO Brakes) Blasters. With that said, I Convinced my Dad to get me one for like $700 off a neighbor girl (softball player, y'know) & what an absolute boat anchor it was - But it ripped. He regretted that decision almost immediately. #RingDingDingDinggg

Thanks man! I agree, tossing a kid on a machine they aren't ready for can be a bit sketch but can really shorten the learning curve. Jax has been riding an auto 125 for like 5 years. The kicker and manual was/is the biggest hurdle for him. A few more weekends and he'll really start to play with the power band. Thanks for watching!
