Those cookies 🍪 look 👀 amazing and worth making. I didn’t find the steps difficult at all and believe that anything new takes some learning; however, once you learn how to make them you won’t want to go back to no “3 step” ordinary cookie making, lol. My kids can’t wait for me to make them. Thank you Bruno for such an amazing cookie recipe! ❤️🍪😘

Baked these yesterday and they were delicious! I definitely recommend using the tart rings as they look great after baking. I made the nutella too and my husband and I loved them. My young adult son liked them but said he would have preferred the “real” Nutella. I reminded him how this one was healthier. I may use regular Nutella if making for my son’s birthday 😊
I'm sorry for bother u but I'm confuse with something in the recipe and how u made them and turn out great.... He said need to boil cream, corn syrup/honey/etc and simple syrup...the corn syrup is 30 g, but didn't show how much of the simple syrup, did u use it? and if u did, how much u put?? sorry for asking!
@@TanjouZhang you need to bring 40g of sugar with 40g of water to a boil allowing sugar to dissolve to create the simple syrup, let cool. This is what you add to the cream, corn syrup etc to then bring to boil. Hope that makes sense to you.

@@Leonnitram123 Il est question de cuisine, pas de défilé de mode. Le plus important est déjà de cuisiner au lieu de rester bloqué en se disant que c'est trop compliqué et de continuer à manger de la merde. J'ai déjà fait mon propre nutela et c'est quand même pas une mince affaire. Les gens seraient globalement en meilleure santé si on arrêtait de leur faire croire que la cuisine est reservée à une élite, où il ne faut surtout pas mettre de la crème dans ses pâtes carbo et autre non sens.
Qui plus est, ce n'est pas une vidéo de divertissement, si Bruno prend le temps de faire des recettes et de les mettre en vidéo, c'est pour que les gens les reproduisent, donc avant de critiquer la volonté de ne pas prendre le chemin le plus compliqué, tu vas faire ta pâte à tartiner et farcir tes cookies ? Parce que si ce n'est pas le cas, tu critiques des gens qui font la moité du boulot quand tu ne fais rien.4

I do not like Nutella, but those cookies look nice. Do you have a nice recipe for cookies made with carob powder? The raw carob power which tastes much better than the roasted one. I wonder if it is possible to get carob nibs to use in pastry. Well, they sell carob chips on the Amazon.
