Love INK, amazing to see live. Newest 2 (main) albums are all based on horror movies, the album before that was based on books. Recommend almost anything from these albums. The music videos also connect for their own slasher story concept, hence the length comparatively
Almost all of their songs are based off classic horror movies and tell the story of the movie. This was part 4 of the initial Silver Scream storyline that has now crossed two albums and is supposed to be carried into a 3rd album. I've seen them 3 times (twice at festivals and once with We Came As Romans locally). They put on a hell of a show. Definitely follow up on the entire storyline. The songs are amazing but their stories are great as well. My personal favorite songs are as follows. 1. A Grave Mistake (The Crow) 2. The American Nightmare (Nightmare on Elm St) 3. Communion of the Cursed (The Exorcist) 4. The Box (Hellraiser) 5. Hip to be Scared (American Psycho) 6. Funeral Derangements (Pet Sematary) - has some great nuggets like the guy driving the truck in the music video is the kid that played Gauge in the original movie Hope you enjoy the INK journey. You'll be hooked if you are a true horror and metal fan.
American Nightmare is the first from the first album. Hip To Be Scared is the fist from the second album. Each album's videos tell a movie-length series of videos.
