Fumi sensei, Arigatou gozaimasu. 💌If i can imitate these much when i was in within age of 24(83): i think i may have attempted to work for hotel employee. MogyeongJo as *international hotel employee*could have been fit. 💌Plus teacher could have been my /saem ppa i/ if you don't mind. Although now Fumi is in charge of teaching Japanese all over the world.

Is there a more polite way to say え？ but without having to say a whole phrase like もう一度行ってもらえますか？
なんておっしゃいましたか？ (what did you say?) can be used, I guess.
え、is ok at a restaurant, but if you say あ？to anybody, it sounds really rude.
Can you say けっこうです、instead of 大丈夫です?
Yes, you can say that. けっこうです sounds a little bit more formal
