A bird strike would not have prevented the landing gear from being deployed. Whatever the real reason, South Korean govt will do a cover up. That is what they do.
How awful! 😢 A single wall was the only thing that separated the passengers from life and death. If it hadn’t been there most likely everyone would have gotten off the plane alive. Hopefully the airport will now make their runways safe so this doesn’t happen again!
