The irony is he was in a bar in Liverpool when Love will tear us apart came on and people got up and stared dancing. Ironic cos it's a pretty dam sad song.

I'd actually forgotten how fun this song is. Good to see it getting such a good reception from people who I'm assuming must have been about 5 when this came out.

I was 12 when this song was released; I've never heard about them until last weekend when they perform for the first time in Argentina at Lollapalooza. Man, it was amazing!

So glad I got in to The Wombats in their early days.. I’ve met them so many times, friends with them on Facebook and we have messaged, Murph has gotten me in to gigs for free when I couldn’t afford as a student… this band defined my teenage years.
They sound exactly like they do on the studio version! Incredible! What an absolute banger!!
