Funfact, many people dont know this but during the release of dwarven mines people were able to get their very own dragon egg (block) to this day only 3 have been spotted and I myself have my own from back than hidden on my island...
I also have some of the older glitched items like an Ember Rod that is just a named Blaze Rod... A Bedrock with the original Discord tags... Common Dragon Armor... And my most priced posession a developer flower...

Actually dragon eggs could be easily obtained at some point using a glitch that TimeDeo has showcased with the Ender Chest GUI, also I believe they're blacklisted unless you have them placed on your island

You need to put them in the accessory bag which is unlocked in redstone collection
