This basically taking regular eggless cookies to another level and giving them a unique fun make-over by adding a layer of #ChocolateGanache in the centre.

For the ganache:
1/2 cup fresh cream
1+ 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
For cookies:
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup soft brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1+ 1/4 cup maida
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp corn flour
3 tbsp milk ( or more if needed)

Just now I made your Nutella pancake bombs but gave them a slight twist.
I made mini pancakes with the pancake batter and am now stuffing them in my mouth with Nutella.

Those are some delicious looking cookies!👍🏼😍 I will make a twist: half of the flour whole wheat, plant Cream and milk. I have an awesome idea thats popping out in my head now: replace the chocolate with some Nougat (from the baking aisle)😮 Since it's already eggless it's really easy to bake your recipes!

I've tried your recipe. Forgot cornflour and lack of time I made moti moti cookies and just used chocolate tiny cubes instead of ganache but literally I must say it is perfect.
