- What is better than chocolate cookies? DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES!
These #chewy #gooey #chocolatecookies have chocolate going in two forms- cocoa powder and chocolate chunks and trust me- they taste soooo good! These somehow reminds me of #subway cookies!
You can make these cookies eggless simply by replacing the egg with one flax egg ( 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds + 3 tablespoons water)
INGREDIENTS-
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
1/2 cup caster sugar (superfine sugar)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg or flax egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cornflour (optional)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp water + 1 tsp coffee powder

My cookies are just out of the oven and oh my god!!! They’re heaven, literally the best cookies I’ve ever had 😻 they’re chocolaty, coffee-y, salty and sweet. The balance is incredible! Loved this recipe ♥️ P.S. I ate the cookie dough, and even uncooked, it’s delicious 😋

I made these today. Replaced quarter of sugar with maple syrup as I didn't have flaxseed for eggless version. My 4 year old fussy eater gobbled up three of these with a glass of milk! And when guests arrived in the evening their kids ate two each and wanted more! Thanks a lot 👍

Since dough needs to be refrigerated, Did you bring the dough back to room temperature before putting them in the oven?

OMG this taste freaking good and this must be the third or forth recipe i tried from his channel. I just wanted to say this recipe is totally recommended and if your family include any old people it would be better if you reduce the amount of white sugar yet this is the most tasty cookie i ever baked ❤❤
Hi I wanted to ask if , the sugar melted through . Meaning the granulated one you used , did it melt or were the sugar crystals there in the cookie?
@@td8043 hi sorry for late reply, i think i used granulated sugar but make sure the cubes are small tho if not just grind like for few sec till large cubes are grinned

This recipe is amazing! Like it's sometimes really hard to find easy but eggless recipes and he offers some varieties of eggless recipes. I made these cookies and they were sooooooooooo good. I was only able to eat 1 since before I could get a second my family had already finished them. I would highly recommend these. I also subscribed because of the awesome content he shares. 😊

@@ShreyaVitalapuram don't worry the flaxseeds don't really add any taste but they do affect the overall texture of the cookie just a little bit, and yup I used the exact same measurements as mentioned in the video.

Just tried the recipe. Got burnt in the first round as I dont have an oven and used pan to make them. They turned out so good in the second round. This made my day. :)

I tried this and it turns out very yummy. Only mistake I did, kept the cookie dough too much for one cookies and it did not baked properly but for next set kept it small postion because dough will flatten so much and it baked perfectly in 11minutes.

Do you mind sharing what alteration you made? My dough was very runny had to add extra flour. Cookies were nice and chewy but not crispy.

Hi Shivesh amazing recipe loved it!I have a question.I bought brown sugar but its crystallised and not powdered.I tried to blend it.But it converted into a whitish colour.Somewhat like beige and not exactly how brown sugar looks. Would that cause a problem or will it contain the same flavour that brown sugar gives.Thank youu❤️
