By far you and Kathy are my absolute favorite channel anywhere.
Please continue with both types. I get nearly as excited watching someone else doing guitar work as I do when doing it myself.
Sean you've been doing this for awhile and I always appreciate the effort that goes into making these videos.
Sean I took a gutted fender squire bullet strat and rebuilt it all because of your videos . Keep it up bro
I can dig it. Not gonna make guitars, probably, but like craftsmanship of all types.
I learn a lot from your videos! Please keep posting them.
I much prefer your work videos to your review ones (honestly we've seen enough cheap Chinesium guitars fixed with a proper setup and some spit polish to last us a while). You do real good work but without all the pretense of other builders and I learn something new from every single one of your work videos. So please do keep up the good work.
More build and homemade tools videos please Mr Scar Myguitar. Thanks 👍
I can't speak for anyone else but, personally I like these videos as well as the other types you do. Of course I'm not a paid member of your channel so, my opinion may not mean as much as those that can afford to pay for a membership.
Been around since before the cnc…always been a fan of your no nonsense approach.
From Leo: I really like your radius jig. I have been wearing out my elbows sanding with radius blocks for years. Your measuring fixture for the radial arm saw is genius also. Thanks for the good work.
Cpt Sean the jig master does it again and again and a... 💙
Awesome work i wanna see more on the build Thanks for sharing.
+ 1 for you sharing your build processes, Sean! Please keep 'em coming and we'll keep watchin'!👍👍👍
Your on top of it going down the right trails for us...the details, tools, and show us master work
I bought a neck off ebay for $27 just had to dial the frets in. It would be cool to make your own but it looks like it definetly requires a knowledge of mathmatics and wood working. I did enjoy watching you do it. Thank you
This is the nest guitar channel ever. Im hooked. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I love these vids. I'd love to see full build vids parts however. Many lol. That's what a lot of people love to watch. At least in all tge sites I've been to. He has retired but Shawn you and Kathy should go watch some rosa string works videos. Mr. Rosa is really cool. You know the violin in the godfather. That was his build. A rosa mandolin. When you go to his site look up chocolate... Watch that rebuild . It will impress y'all.
Luv watching the builds. Don't stop.👍👍🤘✌️
I like all your videos….especially when Kathy straightens you up….with a nice clunk to the noggin…lol
Another channel I watch has 25 times the tools you do..
He does nice work.
But I like this channel better than crimson guitars.
Make do with easy stuff easy to obtain and your a great teacher..
Love this channel.
I really enjoy the build videos. I learn something every time. More of this content gets my vote!!!
These type of videos are a perfect example of what UA-cam could be.. man, you got skills.. man, i swear, i would click "Add to cart" on every guitar you touch.. 😂
Thank you for another great video that taught many of us a lot. Cathy you have those finishes down. 🎸🙏🐕🙏🎸
Thank you for the knowledge you sharing with us, it's priceless!
Love the random work videos.
Yes sir, love the videos, please make some more!
Comment left strictly for your benefit Sean
I like the construction instruction.
POST MORE WORK VIDEOS SEAN!!!!!! PLZ!!!!!
I want to become a luthier as a retirement job and you're teachin me :)
Your channel is pure gold!!!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge!!!
I'd love more build vids!!!!
Please keep making these videos. I learn a lot from them and I enjoy seeing your custom tools!!
Yer lil ol channel growd up rite afore are eyes! Love it thanks agin!!
I for one would love to see more of these videos, it is nice that you share your skills with others. It is videos like this that make a difference in people's lives, showing how inexpensive it can be to make your own guitars. Thanks for another great video Sean.
That is a friggan kickass idea!!!!! Yeah man,why are not putting a patent on that & selling a million of those? Great idea scar
I miss seeing you build guitars
This is a terrific video! Please keep making build videos!
Scarred Max Axe Great Video!!!
Love that neck slotting template 👍
Nice to see how you progressed over the years,, Good 1 Sean.
Thanks 👍
I'd like to see more of these.
Thanks for this video, it's great to see the process! You and Cathy do a great job and obviously make a great team.
I LOVE these build videos. Those are what brought me to your channel. I want to learn things that I can do for my own builds. I want to be inspired for new builds. Cheap guitar review videos do very little for me, except maybe learn the odd setup trick. But I guess they bring in the bacon because I reckon it is a whole different audience that watches them. And you picked up 10K in extra subs when you started doing them. And yes, it's good that Cathy is doing finishing now, finishing matters. It maybe the most important part of a guitar build, the one that takes me almost as long as building itself if you want a good finish. Never skimp out on finishing a guitar build. Unless that is by design of course.
I really love that radius jig and truss rod sled you built need to build some myself thanks for sharing I appreciate it 👍👍
I never watch guitar reviews. However proper workshop videos are invaluable (and I mean proper. There are some UA-camrs where you wonder why he still has fingers attached)
Thanks for sharing.
Being a fellow shop nerd and maker of tools for my needs, this content is super cool.
Thanks.
I build kits out of my bedroom so my tools are a bit limited, but a lot of the same principles apply. Forty bucks worth of hand tools, with a little practice, give Gibson's Plek machines a run for their money. My most expensive gear is the vacuum pump and bags I press veneer with, and even those were scored used from a leather worker for only a couple hundred.
Very informative, really appreciate you making these types of videos in addition to the other ones that you make.
Very nice set up you made.
Love these videos so much more than the Amazon videos, but I understand why you have to do it. Either way keep em coming.
Your creation will be my first venture into "trying" to be a finisher. This should be interesting. I enjoy your videos like this.
Amazing work brother!
Much appreciated!
I really like what your doing. I'm just about ready to start a kit. I've been watching you alot and I like the way you work...thanks.
I rather see these anyday
A neat trick would be developing a way to do a compound radius.
Cool video! Look forward to seeing that one finished up!
Really like and enjoy videos like this one. A lot learned here.
Keep the vids on building coming. I would appreciate a full video, start to finish making the neck only. All the tools you use. How do you get the back of the neck so straight and uniform ? Thank you.... signed Butch
I absolutely dug this video
Beautiful work,!!! I could watch and learn all day. Thanks for all the hard ,killer work!
Shawn I got an old cort les paul copy from the 80s,I been trying to refinish it for my cousin whose father gave it to him before he passed away years ago,I would love to get it to you and Kathy to reassemble and go through it and make it right the neck needs some work, thanks for the inspiration videos I love the how to ones!
I am blown away
Another great video! Keep'em com'in!
thanks for posting this video... keep them coming
Love the creation videos...iv went back and watched your earlier videos about making guitars and I loved them...I cant play guitar but maybe I could make them...I love music...im the black sheep of the family when it comes to musical talent but I still have a love of music and instruments despite the fact I can't play anything for crap
OMG! This is soooo complicated!!! I'll never be able to master this stuff! Just kidding bro. Your vids are super educational. Keep up the excellent work brotha!
I wish all of your videos could be watched
You've got so many cool jigs there, you could dance one or even go fishin' lol, or just make some really nice guitars man. Thanks a bunch for this one! Appreciate you man.
Yes I would like to see that
Looks like a Gretsch duo jet
Your videos are very entertaining thank you. Here’s a shout out to double D guitars as well. He gave you a hat tip on the temu gear.
That is awesome!
Thanks for sharing.
You are the most important tool👍
I prefer these videos over reviews
please more vids like this, you rule

1 ever have a stratocaster bridge fall a part? 2 ever get one some pleasant person strip the screw heads making the job most pleasant
Love these types of vids. I grt it though, gotta cater to what gets the clicks...
Great Video Sean!
Great job
Love videos like this, however I have to admit the radial arm saw freaks me out a lot. lol but I really do enjoy all of your videos.
Hey my name is Manny, Love that neck. How much do you charge to build one!
You're a genuis dude that's all!
I wanna see more😮
Very cool Shaun
Though not a member or a gtr builder, luv.em as sure is infotmative & interesting so keep it up. Doin real yeoman service for gtr lovers 😊❤🎉
YUP YUP necessity the mother of inventions, I am having few issues with my first. But eh I am getting it figured screws from tremolo to bridge hidden by saddles well backed out. Previous owner, took what can only be described as a drill bit to drive em in, so I am on the hunt of 3 screws, Got a replacement bridge complete temu/amazon don`t recall which one not bad on price seems my Guitar is described as "Vintage" the 6 hole bridge. But hey frets scrubbed out nice neck was level. Now the Guitar was free, a gift a friend heard I was just wanting to learn, he said here take this one. For a First Act Strat (dubbed the blue apple). Could have done worse. I got a Telecaster Kit planned (BexGears) a early Birthday/Fathers Day. I`ll keep ya posted. Love the the education you deliver.
This is a great video.
Good vibes and video
I dig these vids, keep em coming!
