The guys have to realize. The drills are for the ELITE. The best of the best, the 10%. Meaning they are the ones gonna be tasked with the deadliest, riskiest, most important missions. So they need to be able to push past their breaking point. That is why they're extreme

They're respected and feared base don the missions we don't know about
Specially them being the elite, this training is also serving in case they get captured, I have read that this methods have helped them survive when captured by enemies

The point with most of the training being so extreme is that if you can make it through that you can make it through anything and you don’t lose your cool in the field no matter what happens.
It still makes no sense what so ever that's just volunteering for torture when u not gone even experience the shit.

@@abdulazeez6796 sure so it doesn't matter if they are left broken and disabled with a host of mental issues caused by said training as long as the job gets done. Of course that training doesn't even maximize effectiveness.for example in the us I would take WW2 era training but modernized over what we have today. Modern training beats you down instead of building you up.

These are probably the methods that the last guy in the most badass people did to prevent him dying from getting stabbed and shot 19 times.
The fire on the concrete blocks/bricks actually helps dry and get rid of moisture the block/brick. It's a lot easier to break a dry brick than it is to break a wet one. Even in martial arts demonstrations when they break bricks, id say 9.5/10 times the bricks are dry and brittle. I've broken 8 bricks, but have had a hard time breaking 1 wet one.

I mean, 7000-8000 calories in a week is less than maintenance for a healthy adult man, who burns through 2500 calories a day without doing anything. So, obviously they'll lose weight on around a 1000 calories a day

Judge all you like and call it "overkill" - these guys are the ones who go into dangerous zones and extract prisoners, hostages, and take out military targets. Even in the UK, when any terrorist activity occurs, SAS is called to respond, who are just as well trained soldiers of the UK. These guys have huge balls that no average human could dream to have. Put some respect on their headtop.

In the second one, where the pass around the grenade, the reason why they know when to throw the grenade is because from the moment the pin is taken out they have 6-8 seconds until it detonates. Also notice their are always 6 people in the circle. so it starts from person 1 goes all the way around to the 6 person who throws it in and gives them two seconds to get down.

And no the bullet can’t penetrate the armour, but would you still be able to look down the barrel of a live gun without flinching?

The part where they say "overkill" when the snake bit shows up is funny to me. The whole point of the drill is to teach them how to survive in the wild with little to no food. The whole point of drinking the cobra blood is to prove that almost anything can be food and used for survival when in a desparate situation. I think it's the least overkill of them all.
the cobra blood makes sense since it takes the fear of unknown away and will make them more likely to actually drink snake blood if needed

its not "boundaries" or any other snowflake reason its just biological. female breast tissue is less resistant to extreme weather/temperatures and theyre more likely to get frostbite or cause irreversible damage to their breasts leading to an inability to nurse their childrn later on in life, which would be bad for skorean birth rates

What are the conditions to enter the us marines ?
@@user-livelife physical tests include a timed 3 mile run, timed crunches, timed pull-ups, timed push ups, and at least a 40 second plank. which that’s just the standard PFT for the marine corp. the marine corps have developed other tests like the CFT in order to become a marine. not to mention you can’t have a criminal record and have to be a natural is citizen (which i am). you can’t have back or neck problems and you have to be a certain height and weight

I mean after graduating from us marines ? What happens w is the salary good ?
@@user-livelife well. in order to receive retirement funds you need to serve at least 20 years. the pay is decent but it really depends. on what you plan to do while serving. they will all or at least most of your college level schooling if you’d like to serve in something that requires a degree. i plan on working infantry while receiving my degree and then i plan on being an officer until retirement. there are so many jobs that are included in the marine corp. if you are interested there are websites that explain in more detail and give more information🙂

A lot of it is to train them if they get captured and tortured or if they have to carry cargo long distances under extreme conditions. It all makes sense once you're launched in similar circumstance.
Ok so, to explain to anyone that didn't understand, every 'able bodied' man in South Korea has to undergo mandatory military servuce of at least 2 years. For most, it is considered an honour, and if you were to try and avoid it, you would be frowned upon. Hope this explains.
