Jollibee is really good at hitting you in the feels with their commercials. All of them have hit me, some more so than others. When I first saw this, I was piecing it bit by bit that it seemed like the scenes with Paul were flashbacks due to them, except the graduation scene, were of Ann and Paul only. But I never expected that Paul passed away...I literally lost it when I saw the gravestone.

trivia :the song Ann sang that portion where Jay rescue her from stage fright entitled “ To love again” is a song about someone having hard time moving on after you lose that someone special in your life and that is also the background song of the commercial, and kinda a hint for you how the story will end up, but of course the writers of the commercial want you to ride with the story , that the character Ann in the commercial is in a difficult process of moving on because she still holding on her past relationship with Paul, then Jay came along and gave her a new reason to live and to love again . I know this is kinda very late reaction but if you want to check the full lyrics of that beautiful song you can search it online and i know Daryl Ong has his own version of that song .
