This week I am creating some fun dotted gel prints with my stencil called Halftone Dorothy. This stencil was made to give you the effect of punchinella without the seams.
This 9x12 stencil will give you full dot coverage without having to purchase 50 yards of punchinella (sequin waste) on a spool. What the heck would you do with 50 yards anyway? ;)

Wow I finally get the whole Dorothy and Dot reference. Even though you said its all different versions of dots like 3 times. Im usually pretty quick but man im feeling slow today.
I named them after my Auntie Dorothy who always went by "Dot" or "Dotty" :)

Caput mortuum is indeed Latin for 'dead head', but this one requires no trips to concerts or festivals, tie dye or decals. It's just a rich deep colour.
