There is a local strawberry festival near us that I love to go to. There are lots of other vendors there too. Nothing more fun than picking your way through a local craftsman festival. I am so excited to be one of your winners last week. That chart is on my wish list. Thanks!
I am happy that you won. It’s a beautiful design, and I hope that you enjoy the stitching of it. ❤️
Jodi, I look forward to mailing your pattern to you. Can you send me an email with your mailing address to: mischievousstitches@gmail.com

Thank you Nannett. ❤️
Have a wonderful week and happy stitching 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩
Thanks. You too!
Oh gosh. I have the fondest memories of going to the farmers market in St. Louis with my sweet mother. I’m 65 years old and I can remember those strolls down the market as if it were yesterday. We would go every Saturday. My favorite thing was when we picked up strawberries. Such sweet sweet memories. Thanks for these great floss tubes Lori. We sure do appreciate them.
Catching up on Floss Tube. Thank you again for another wonderful video to stitch with while watching and listening. Have a wonderful time at your retreat. Happy Stitching! - Valerie
Hi Valerie! I had a wonderful time. It passed by too quickly.
🎉🎉🎉 love the spring flower bouquets and veggies at farmers markets..
Have fun at Barefoot!!!
Thank you Marlene!
Love seeing your progress on your projects each week. Strawberries are something I love picking up at a farmer's market.
The basket is exquisite…..fabric hunting so much fun…..”stitches crossed here in the PNW”……great travel plans…..here in the PNW Farmers Markets reave up closer to May……but I LOVE a good Tomato with a bit of salt…..
I love getting mangoes from the farmers markets in spring - athe smell and excitement of summer coming. Living in the southern hemisphere I’ve got quite a wait for that but it’s great time now for pomegranates - delicious in salads. Love your flosstubes and stitching. Enjoy your 24 hours of stitching … it sounds like such fun 💜
Thank you! I hope that you have a beautiful day.
Have a great time this weekend. I can't wait to see what goodies you bring home and hear all about the fun!
Thank you! Can't wait!
I love to buy goat milk soap, peaches, tomatoes, and strawberries. Looking forward the openings of the farmers markets.
I love all the veggies at the farmers market!
I love all fruit and veggies at the farmers market!!
I love the fresh fruits and vegetables at the Farmers Market. Great stitching proji. Have fun this weekend with your friends.
Thank you Iris. Have a wonderful week.
Ruth here, warm greetings, a number of farmers markets on local farms around here, l love the lip balm made locally, l also get hand wash soap that foams as it's pumped out on your hand, it makes so the soap doesn't slid off your hand and l love the the fragrance of the soap is a joy to smell. l stitch not a lot of pieces but l do love that pattern more my type of what l like.
I live in Florida, our farmers markets are the best. Fresh everything. Love tomatoes. Great Video!!
Your finished pieces are so beautiful. The Spring Quaker is very pretty, too. I love purple. I hope you have a wonderful time at Myrtle Beach. I hope to visit the cross-stitch shop there soon. I love to visit a farmers' market, the crafts are nice to look at. I love the fresh vegetables. The strawberries are my favorite and on toward summer I love a home-grown tomato. Have a great weekend, see you soon.
Hi Lorre, ours always a pleasure catching up with you and seeing your stitching pieces! I so enjoy when I'm stitching the same piece - I'm about half way done on Strawberry Faire and just loving it. It was nice to see the Lila Studio strawberry because it reminds my of the Flosstube Retreat we attended on NJ! Love a farmer's market though ours don't start until the end of May. Blueberries are one off my favorites! Happy stitching! Lori
Happy Stitching my friend! Have a wonderful week.
Thank you for sharing your current stitching. Farmers markets are more common for us later in the summer. My favorite time to visit is the fall to collect pumpkins and squash. We do have vineyards in the central part of our state so the grapes seem appropriate. Enjoy you trip with friends and family. Look forward to your next video!
Thank you Laurie. Have a lovely week! ❤️
I don’t usually go to farmer markets, but I would probably love tomatoes and strawberries. Those Faire charts are so pretty.
You exude joy in life, I so enjoy watching your videos. Have fun this weekend
I appreciate your kind comment. Thank you Nancy. ❤️
My favorite at the Farmers Market is Vegetables. Love strawberries too. Have a fun weekend.
Thank you Vickie. ❤️
We have a real small farmers market, but there are always cute little shops there! My favorite thing is the local honey booth. Best honey around!
There is nothing I like better than home grown tomatoes. The first of the season Delicious 😊.
Absolutely! 🍅
My favorite thing together at the farmer’s market is fresh corn. It makes me think of the sweet buttery yumminess that starts in spring and lasts until summer 24:16
I love our local farmer's market. We go first thing on Sunday mornings.. we have a couple of farms that we seek out first; the tomatoes are the best part! We also get bread from a couple of small bakeries and honey and maple syrup. 🪡👠
I love the farmers market which opens in May. We love the strawberries and tomatoes. Love BLTs with fresh tomatoes and lettuce! I just finished stitching strawberry faire and have the pumpkin faire. Would love the grape faire to make a set in my glass fruit bowl. Have a fun retreat this weekend. 😊
It’s too early for outdoor farmers market but we do have indoor markets already. Love the different honey products.
I love getting sweet corn and Peaches from my local farmers market as well and all the Hand crafted items. I make my own handmade soap that I have sold at the farmers market😊
I love getting fresh honey, but love to walk through the craft vendors and pick up handdyed yarn from locals as well. Happy stitching Patty
Happy Stitching!
Rhubarb and strawberries are my favorites. Have fun at your retreat!
Thank you Mary Ann. ❤️
Your spring quaker is so pretty. I just noticed the bird with the houses this week. Strawberries sre so sweet this time of year and farmers markets are fun to wander thru. Thankhs for another visit!
Thanks for stopping by. Have a lovely week!
Love a good Farmers Market, great stitching, love your sewing basket, have a good week Thankyou for sharing 🇳🇿❤️🪡
Hello my friend! Hugs! ❤️
Tomatoes are a definite favorite, but this time of the year Asparagus (they take forever to grow), and really any veggie or fruit, love them all - - we used to grow everything back home. And OMG, there is fresh Bread!!!
I wish I was joining you on your weekend trip to the needle arts shop. I love the fresh asparagus, green beans, lettuces, cheeses and fresh flowers or green plants at the farmers market. Our local market has a coffee stand which is a treat as well.
A little early here in Michigan. But Mother's day weekend I normally get my one flat of flowers at The Flower Market in Royal Oak. My flowers always seem to last longer and grow heartier from there. I hope you get a chance to stitch your little heart out all week. I have many projects going but just getting one thread a week in some is very fulfilling.
Thank you Sherry. ❤️
Congratulations Sherry. You won a copy of the Vineyard Faire. Please reach out to me with your mailing address using my email address that it listed in the description box above. Have a wonderful weekend!
@mischievousstitches I did send my address. You know what I like about your floss tube, you are calming. That might sound strange but you are not loud or rambunctious, you share your joy of cross stitch with us and it is much appreciated.
Hi Lori, my favorite thing at the farmers market is flowers. They always have a good price for lavender flowers or others in season. By me they set up an outdoor market twice a week. Have a great week. Spring Quaker is looking close to being finished. I like the floss color. TTFN
Hopefully I will have a finish on the Quaker this soon. Have a lovely week!
I can't wait for the peaches at our farmers market. I love making peach jams and cobblers!
We do too, as well as peach ice cream. Yum!
The first thing I go for at a Farmer’s Market is the strawberries! They are my favorite! Then I check everything else out. Vinyard Faire is a beautiful additional to the series. Happy stitching and get those xx crossed on the Spring Quaker, lol!
That Quaker will be finished today! 🤣
Strawberries would be my favorite pic at farmers market! I'd pic that bison 🦬 too! 😋
Safe travels 🧳
Last year I bought Bison and Bull Horn peppers one weekend. That night we stuffed the peppers with Bison and cheese…oh my word…it was delicious!
My favorite item at farmer markets is fresh red beets! Can’t get them at our super market so I look forward to spring when they start again.
I’m keeping my stitches crossed for you! ❤ Have a blast at Barefoot Needle Arts this coming weekend!
Thank you my sweet friend! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the two of us will stitch together one day…soon! ❤️
@@mischievousstitches Yes please!! ❤️
Always love watching your videos! Love your projects you are working on. I enjoy going to the farmers here in Pickens, SC. I love all the fresh honey, fresh vegetables and as always my favorite is the strawberries.🍓 ❤
I’m in Aiken. Last year I picked up a few “Zephyrs” from the county market. They are a zucchini/yellow squash splice from Clemson. They were delicious.
Oh how I hate that I didn’t think to come down for the 24 hours of cross stitch. Hope you have tons of fun. I like to get the sweet Vidalia onions and green beans from the farms market. Safe travels and be well.
Oh! That would have been fun. Next time?
There is nothing better than fresh corn on the cob.
I agree 100 percent! ❤️
Hi Lori, you’ve got some pretty projects there! I hope you have a wonderful stitchy weekend at Myrtle Beach. I do enjoy farmers’ markets and love to get fresh berries..strawberries, blueberries, blackberries! Mmmmm! Suzette
Thank you Suzette. Happy Stitching!
Hello Lorrie! I just discovered your channel! ☺At my farmer's market I love the farm fresh eggs and also the local honey that is made just about a mile up the highway from my house here in Missouri! It has a unique taste and I love it! YUM!🐝
Pecos Texas cantaloupe is definitely my favorite thing to buy at farmers market but I also have to pick up some home grown tomatoes.
My favorite thing is fresh shelled blackeyed peas!
There are farmers markets in several surrounding cities here in Orange County, CA. My favorite are peaches and strawberries. That is a really cute sewing basket!
Thank you Carol! Have a lovely week!
Love your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!
You have been spending a lot of time with me. Thanks for visiting with me the past couple of days. ❤️
@@mischievousstitches lol, trying to catch up
I like to pick up lots of fresh vegetables at farmer’s markets. Not happening yet here in northern Wisconsin. I also love Primrose Cottage’s Quaker small charts. I’ve completed the Fall Quaker using the colors used by Colorado Cross Stitcher.
I haven’t seen that color conversion for the Fall Quaker. I will have to look it up.
I know you can get all these projects completed!!!! My favorite thing at the farmers market is the wine and the tacos 😂
Your nickname isn’t Taco Natasha for nothing. 🤣
Lori have a great time with your girls! Thank you for sharing!❤
Thank you Barbara. ❤️
I love getting fresh arugula and lettuce too if I don’t grow any, but I love the farmers market. I love fresh local honey! Ours here isn’t open as of yet, but soon! Have a fun weekend with your daughter in law and friends! Sounds wonderful!!
Thank you Cheryl. Happy Stitching!
I love veggies! My early memory from a farmers market was my mother-in-law asking me why I hadn't gotten my husband to eat veggies. Granted , I don't even think we were married 1 year, but I did let her know kindly that she raised him. I love it when you can get hot buttered corn on the cob... my mouth is watering now! I love all of your crossstitch projects.
Fresh corn is so delicious. Now my mouth is watering too. 🌽
I get tomatoes, squash, mellows, fruits, cabbage, any kind of vegetables and fruits I can find. Have a terrific week.
Thank you! You too. ❤️
I love to go to a farmer’s market for their vegetables. Here in town, we have a small one, and I buy my okra there. They have the best. I am stitching all the Primrose Cottage Quakers at this time. I really like yours. Also, the Bristol is beautiful. I am thinking about doing the freebie one, but I can only see 32 count. That would make it very big, but I love Bristol’s. I think it is the red color.
I agree with you about the Bristol Samplers. There is something extra special about the red.
Have a great week. Happy Stitching!
Our farmers market doesn't start up until Memorial day weekend. We are on the shoreline, across from the tip of Long Island. Love the fresh fruits & veggies of course, but the best is the fresh fish & seafood right off the boats. One vendor offers fresh fried scallops to passers by his tent...makes a sale every time! Sure wish I could stash away in your suitcase for some fun & giggles! Sounds like a blast! Safe travels & have a great weekend! P.S. please don't include me as I purchased the Vinyard Faire pattern at market...just finishing up Strawberry Faire myself.
I don’t think I have ever had fresh scallops. Sounds delicious! ❤️
Lori....love your stitches and enthusiasm! I have a fabric remnant with strawberries, bees and yellow flowers. I'm going to get it in the mail to you this week. It may be the perfect fit for your finishing...if not, I'm sure you will find some use for it!
Thank you for you kindness Susan.🍓
Oh, I can't wait for the Farmers Markets!! Fresh eggplants are my most favorite to pick up! They taste totally different from store bought!!! I look forward to cooking with them every summer!!!!
Love your projects, I hope you find the perfect fabrics on your trip, its always a challenge :). I love the homemade soaps and beautiful flowers at our farmers market, always find useful items I love
I like what they are calling the Black Pony needles. However I find that they bend really easy. I don't know if it's me or the needles aren't as strongly made as other needles. I really do like the black ones in size 26. I haven't seen any with the white tips on them. Thanks for the enable!! LOL I got mine from the Fat Quarter Shop. Everyone else was sold out. I know how it is when you have some thing in mind and can't seem to find the right fabric. I know it might take time but I have my stitches crossed you find it this coming weekend. The perfect pieces to finish your projects.
Thanks for the support. I am hopeful that I will find the perfect fabric. ❤️
Have a great time!
Thank you! I plan to. ❤️
I love strawberries 🍓 😍
Yes! Warmed by the Sun and straight from the plant. 🍓
My favorite item at the farmers market are big beefsteak tomatoes 🍅🍅🍅
There was a country song, and part of the main verse was, “There’s only two things that money can’t buy, true love and homegrown tomatoes. 🤣
Congratulations Angela! You won one of the patterns. Please email your address information to my email listed in the description box above, and I will get it out to you.
Have you considered a solid color for your strawberry backer or tea/coffee stain to calm down the brightness of the fabrics you have already purchased? your stitchey work is always so lovely.
Hi Debi. I would rather have a printed fabric , but will use a solid if I must. However, I had not considered tea dying…thanks for the suggestion. That may work best. ❤️
I like to buy the local sourced honey. Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy your time, with Cheyene.
Thank you Sue.
Love tomatoes at farmers market
🍅🍅🍅
Peaches and beefsteak tomatoes!!
Oh yea! The local beaches have already blossomed. In a couple of months it will be time for the peach festival and everything that goes along with it. ❤️
@@mischievousstitches I’ve planted 5 peach trees in the last 3 years. A couple have fruit on them this year. I’m so excited about it!
Congratulations! You won one of the patterns. Please email your address information to my email listed in the description box above, and I will get it out to you.
Vine ripened tomatoes 🍅🍅🍅🍅
See you at Barefoot this weekend.
You’re gonna be there too! Oh! This is going to be a fun one. ❤️
Love me some strawberries ❤
Donna, Congratulations! I am so happy that you won one of the three copies. Do you want me to mail it? Or bring it to the next monthly stitch?
@@mischievousstitches Thank you so much Lori. You can bring it at the next stitch. Looking forward to finally seeing you. You are a very busy lady 😃
