This pisses me off so much. For the last 6 years my best friend has been a dude. For the last 3 my other best friend HAS ALSO BEEN A DUDE. I am a woman. I have never once had feelings for my best friends outside platonic ones. They have never had feelings for me. It pisses me off when people ask me if I’m dating either of them like „a woman? And a man? FRIENDS?! Preposterous!“ Ugh this comment section annoys me
These comments piss me off. I have 2 best friends one is a girl I've known for about 11 years and the other is a boy I've known for about 2. You're probably thinking "sure he's your 'best friend' 😉" but he literally just is and everyone always ships us and stuff. My sister brings us up as examples for why her and her boyfriend should be able to do stuff but it's stupid because WE AREN'T DATING! And I constantly bring up that my girl best friend and I do all the same stuff as my guy best friend but no one thinks WE'RE dating! So stupid. BOYS AND GIRLS CAN BE FRIENDS!
