Processing Moose Roadkill, Alaska Family

We're a family of 7 here in Alaska, living and learning skills to get to our goal of a more homestead lifestyle. Along with ‪@Oursimplelife907‬ we got a road kill moose. (Go check out their video for more footage) We harvested about 44 lbs of usable meat that we ground into burger, with added in pork fat. We made bone broth, vacuumed sealed the processed bones for the dog, and canned bits and pieces of meat for dog food. Hope you enjoy the video.
