I've read through the 100 Black Men's website, but what do its programs look like on a day to day basis? It does mentoring, but how? In schools? It does economic empowerment, but how? In other words, are the programs of the 100 Black Men just based on legislation or are there tangible, day-to-day programs as well?
Hi Austin, great question. 100 Black Men of America, Inc. has over 100 chapters across the US and internationally. Each chapter operates it's own mentoring program, so the mentoring location/dates/times are dependent on that specific chapter. An example of our economic empowerment pillar would be the financial literacy sessions we host, or the scholarships we provide deserving students.
