We use a blower and table to take honey off. Works well when taking 100 odd boxes off a day. The bees are blown down to nare the entrance of the hive. I maybe get 0-2 bee stings a day. And also when coming back a day later, all of the bees have happily gone back into the hive with very minimal dead bees around
