Empathy is an unreleased song by Lil Nas X and Sam Smith that was teased to be on Lil Nas X’s debut album Montero. The song has since been confirmed to NOT be on the normal album. It is unknown if this song will see an official release in the future.
However, Montero states his plan on giving "Empathy" an official release along with an music video. He also plans on adding the track to the Deluxe edition of the debut album.
