Extracting is Neutrino is good no harm at all but extracting procedure should be well defined. it should not harm to environment. i think blasting mountain with high energetic explosive is not a good idea. before blasting mountain thy should check health of mountain. if mountain internal structural is not good it ill effects drastically.
