Special counsel Robert Hur says his report did not 'exonerate' Biden

- Despite declining to pursue charges against President Biden, Robert Hur has been adamant that he did not "exonerate" the commander-in-chief.
Progressive Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) elicited that admission from Hur while asserting that his "lengthy, expensive, and independent investigation resulted in a complete exoneration of President Joe Biden."
"My conclusion was that the admissible evidence was not sufficient to make conviction at trial a probable outcome," Hur countered.
"I did not exonerate him."
Later, Jayapal backed off the exoneration assertion, saying: "To me, the crux of the report, the main story, is that you found insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that President Biden willfully retained any classified materials."

When you have no evidence of a crime or no evidence to charge, a person, means the person has been exonerated. That's what exonerated means.

Joe Biden took classified materials with without authorization. Even when he was senator Joe Biden actually said he sold classified materials. That’s how he became so rich.

Yes he did. Spin it any way you like. If you don't have any evidence you can not prosecute. if you can not prosecute there is no case. If there is no case the party on under investigation the party has been exonerated. Unlike the former president who has been indited by providing enough evidence to prosecute.

@@mammawleeAll the points of criminality were met but the special prosecutor did not feel he could convince a jury beyond A reasonable doubt of intent. The reason being that Biden is senile and as such couldn't get an intelligible answer out of him as to why the documents were stored in the location and the manner in which they were stored. I'm sure you would like to believe that Biden is innocent but he is not.

Just because the prosecutor didn't use the word exonerated, doesn't mean President Biden was not exonerated. Look up the meaning of the word. You'll see exactly what it is. No evidence of guilt means you are exonerated.
