I got a C-section, I had a beautiful and absolutely perfect pregnancy but when the doctors took me to the OR for the C-Section I had a panic attack, I swear that in that moment I felt so afraid for my daughter even when I knew that everything was just perfect with her that fear just kick in and I took all of me to try to calm myself, thankfully the doctors talk to me and calm me down 'cause I couldn't do it by myself.

Everyone wondered if i would feel different towards my biological child compared to my non bio child.
Ive been both the birthing parent and non birthing parent. I gave birth second and there was 6 years between our kids.
I found it easier to bond with the baby i didnt carry despite not having given birth before. Its almost like i had this protective instinct. It also helped that my body hadnt endured 9 months of pregnancy which leaves you beyond exhausted.
I also feel exactly the same towards both kids.
That was refreshing to read - thank you for sharing your perspective 😊
