ENV’s flexible response system to address wildlife crime is key. Actions can range from issuing verbal and written warnings to encourage compliance with minor violations, to deactivating social media accounts. Bigger cases lead to law enforcement action.
So far, in 2023 our coordinated action to tackle the illegal pet trade has led to 1,740 wild animals rescued

A lot of times when the mom is teaching a new baby that , the monkey poachers make videos of it and claim the mother is abusive or rejecting her baby . But she is just putting the baby down and moving away from it just a little it will lay there twitching and screaming but she's teaching it not to do that but to stay with her for safety.

Looks so cute. But Kiti is a pig tail macaque which is an endangered species and ILLEGAL to own privately. The owner should respect wildlife and the law. This baby should be surrendered to a sanctuary where she will be given the corret treatment and care, and be prepared to return safely to the wild to be with her own kind.
